This is one of the better dunkins, but I order my coffee with 1 less sugar and 1 less creamer than normal for whichever size I get and I know damn well when they don't put the right amount in. I would say on average my coffee has the wrong amount of sugar and cream once a week. When you give me normal amount of creamer and sugar when I ask for a large coffee, 3 & 3... I CAN TASTE IT. You can probably get away with it around this area because there's a lot of old smokeys and other addicts that have destroyed their taste buds, but my taste buds are just fine and I can taste when I don't get what I asked for!

This Dunkin' Donuts is one of the better options in Middle River, located just before the beltway on my way to work in the AM. Coffee is good but the drive-thru guy can be literally bananas at times, trying to sell his bananas to customers like he's getting a huge bonus for it from the monkeys. Overall though good place to grab a coffee.

Reading these reviews I don’t understand how this location has a 4.0 * rating. I wish I could rate this ZERO. The customer service SUCKS! I will never go to this location again. I stood in at the counter for over 5 minutes without being acknowledged and when I said something to the girl (that’s how she carried herself) she acted as if I was bothering her. Most of these Dunkin’s are ran by people who may not have been raised in the USA and clearly the customer service is not a priority where they were raised. Has anyone advised them that if you don’t provide good (or even decent) customer service you will lose customers? Calling Corporate doesn’t make an impact however I will continue to do so. Dunkin is allowing these franchises owners to employee workers and not train them on basic customer service skills.

The 2 donuts were dry and stale, horrible, it was an embarrassment to even be served and charged full price for these 2 donuts.Service was lacking, and I had to wait for their conversation to be completed before any attention was given.The atmosphere was as expected.Never will visit this store again.This visit was on a weekday at about 2pm.

This used to be a great Dunkin’ Donuts but the past six months it’s went downhill fast. The service is horrible. You sit in line forever. They close the dining room now at like 7 PM so you can’t even order for pick up you have to go through the drive-through. There are better locations in this area.Parking: Parking is horrible you get stuck in the lot that’s 2 deep with no way around. Just bad
