This Dunkin really struggles to do anything right. And then when you try to correct them because they messed up your order, they act as if you are the reason why they messed up your order. I was very respectful in going back and saying that my sandwich was supposed to be on a different type of bread and got all upset at me. Meanwhile, the receipt is right there in front of them, saying what the sandwich was supposed to be on. One thing I will say, positive, they are very consistent with their coffee making. I have problems at many other Dunkins, where I could order two of the same coffees and they will taste completely different from co. This Dunkin is at least consistent on the taste of their coffees.

just like every other Dunkin they put the donuts in the bag upside down, you ask for multiple drinks with more than one extra shot you're not getting them unless you go in and watch them make it and you have to stare at them so when they check to see if you're looking so you can make eye contact with them before they make your drinks wrong to save time. then you have to call them out on seeing that your coffee that should have an extra shot is just a cup of cream with a hint of brown to it and deal with them all lying about how it was made right untill they remake it. the hash browns often are cold and/ or taste like chemical's. the chicken and pepper wrap is hit or miss, it depends on if the manager is there and if they're busy. honestly there are three dunkins near by and only one of them has turned around a bit but i think that's because I had called them out a few times and started shit a few times so now they just know to make my stuff right because I'm watching like a begger at rofo at 12o clock. I go to the one by the school now mostly.

Man I never thought I'd get angry enough with a place to leave a review but here goes. THIS PLACE SUCKS. They can never seem to get any orders right, they take forever to take orders or make them, and the customer sevice is just terrible. They will just walk away and say nothing or just answer their cell phone and ignore you. They dont communicate at all whether its not telling you that the cards aren't working before you get to the window or suddenly switching employees in the middle of having your order taken in the drive thru. Ive been going for awhile because it was the closest, THATS IT, because there's nothing else bringing people to the place. Dude just look at the reviews here, its mostly 1's for a reason. If you can help it just dont go. I'd rather go in to the Food Lion and get a Starbucks Frappuccino at this point. I'd give a 0 tbh. Anyway if you read this far thats the end of my rant. ✌️

Would not honor my scan or mobile order when I show the female employee my phone. I paid for donut but would not honor free coffee. She was not polite and extremely rude. Every visit was far from good service. I'll drive further to avoid this type of service.

Each time I come to this dunkin my order is always wrong. Ticket on bag say the correct order, asked for turkey sausage sandwich with white cheddar instead of America, say it on the bag and I still got American cheese. Didn’t get a receipt and the cashier at the window had a huge attitude when we didn’t move in the drive through waiting for it.

Every single time I go there, there is an issue,,, its a coffee and maybe some donuts... they just cant seem to get it right - EVER... and they are RUDE, VERY!!! Today 8 donuts, nothing special just frosted were very near $12.... NOPE, Refused it and wont be going back,,, A dozen are $5.79 according to the on-line 2023 prices...I guess they filling their gas tank or getting a free lunch on the customers......

If you want more than one drink with more than one extra shot of espresso you have to put in multiple orders after you get your first drink otherwise they won’t put it in the other drinks.And they argue with you when you tell them you watched them not make the extra shot and when the coffee that should be dark is white and taste like sugar they still argue back about it.Indians are super nice and chill but too CB I’ll they’re lazy and every Dunkin across America has suffered because they’re all owned by Indians now.They always put the donuts in the bag upside down so the frosting sticks to the paper and the hash browns almost always taste like cleaning supply.The pepper anc chicken wrap is the best thing on the menu in my opinion.

Everytime i order food its over cooked the hashbrowns are always burnt my most recent visit I used a $2 medium iced coffee in the app but was still charged full price the attendee was rude and as i explained to her i had a coupon she did not honor it and still made me pay the full amount for this coffee its always something everytime i come to this dunkin the purchase doesnt even show in my app transactions and she saying there is a glitch in her system which is completely unacceptable
