Contacting the BBB. I ordered my food over the phone and when I came to pick up my order I was charged and signed for $3.23. The next day my bank sent a notification that I had an updated charge for $8! I contacted the supervisor immediately at Endy’s and was told I had to purchase $8 worth of food to use a card. That made me furious because I didn’t have the option to say never mind to the order. To make matters worse the supervisor was very unprofessional and would not offer a refund told me to have a good day and hung up the phone. This is why we have so many FAILING BUSINESSES. You can’t steal people’s money that’s not how you run a profession business. If this is how they run a business I would not trust them cooking my food they have a careless mentality and not to mention how rude they speak to each other. The cook called the waiter stupid while I was waiting for my food to finish and they still didn’t mention the policy up charge to my card the entire time I was there waiting smh

Egg and cheese burrito and home fries were nothing special, but definitely good. Service was fast for a Sunday morning, and we were able to seat ourselves before a crowd rolled in closer to 10am. Interior was simple like you'd expect for a diner.

Came in for breakfast and it took 10 min for the waitress to come to our table even though it was not busy. She asked for our drink order without giving us a menu then took 15 more minutes to bring menus and our drinks.. after waiting another 20 min watching her cut fruit and talk loudly about having a party we had to give up on service. The waitress in maroon seemed to be doing a great job but the one in black serving us seemed to have other priorities.
