staff not friendly. no craft beer, cheaply decorated and doesn't caters to all groups. I live within walking dist, be nice to have a place to go dance but i wasnt feelin this spot. So far I havent heard of any trouble there, so that is a plus nut then again more than half the time, it looks closed so maybe its private party only. I wish they would mix it up to appeal to all. SEEMS LIKE ANOTHER WASTED SPACE IN ESSEX. Very dark interior inside, was hard to see so I can't say of clean or dirty in there. I have never eqten or used theor bathrooms, not even sure if they serve food. Liquor store section also always closed.

It's a laid back environment. Would visit again just took awhile to get my mozzarella sticks and they were cold.

Drinks too high, service is poor and for some reason they don't want to bring back your change... I waited 45 mins for my change and they didn't give me all of it... Keep the rest you guys need it more than I do... Will never go back there again!!!

I heard so much about the place, but I did not experience what I heard. All is well though.

Went with a friend wasn’t impressed at all drinks weren’t good and food took 2 hours to come. Also didn’t seem like they had any heat. Expected more from this lounge safe to say I won’t be back. I am used to more of a upscale vibe when going out to lounges.

Hello All!, Just getting the chance to actually write the review about my experience with this Lounge. I attended a Drag Brunch(Or Lack there of) at this venue a couple of weeks ago. It was one of the worst experiences I have even had, and not like any show I have ever been to. The event was suppose to start at 1 per the flyer, however food didn't begin to be served until about 230 and then when we got the food The Sausage was extremely burnt, the chicken tenders were unseasoned, I couldn't tell if it was Mash potatoes or grits, they served Eggo waffles, There was no Sangria served as mentioned and the Mimosas that were served were Watered down, warm and had leaves floating in the cups. The show then started about 3p and the sound was horrible and You could barely here the music. I was just a little confused to see the owner not fixing anything or checking in with the guest. The Only positive aspect of the day was the entertainers, they were very professional as they performed and the host repeated apologized about everything and then even checked with me and my girls to personally apologize.. Over all I would NEVER suggest coming here for anything. But especially not a Brunch. I will stick to "Noir" on York rd and "The Manor" on Charles st

I recently attended this venue for an event that was scheduled to start at 1, needless to say is that it did not start at 1. I did not enjoy the food the sausages were burnt. I could not tell if the one of the sides were grits or mash potatoes. I have never in my life been served a watery mimosa. The sound was terrible the music was wack. But the entertainment I did enjoythem very much they were very apologetic of the circumstances of the venue. I would not recommend this venue to anyone. The ambiance is deceitful.

Ill start with the good. Its a African american business which i love to support. The cover fee was $20 for fellas $15 for ladies and a free shot of henny or casamigos. My wife spilled hers and was allowed to get another free drink. Not to many places do that. So needless to say it started off great. I went with a group of 10 plus and we wanted a table which was $500 with a bottle of henny. Way to high for this hole in the wall. The owner / bartender was rude AF. She was making drinks but you can see that she had a problem. She noticed my cousin asking someone else about the table prices and she jumped in the conversation yelling " im the owner im the owner the prices are what they are" We tried to move a table to fit our group and that was a problem it so called blocked the walking space however our group covered that walking area. The drinks were weak and pricey. Then you could only pay cash or cash app. Which i had no clue of, i brought cash only to tip. The food was trash. Shrimp was burn, crab balls were not crab it was crab filler only, wings had half sauce on it. Im pretty sure the bartender/ owner was the cook also. The fries were the only thing that was basic taste. The music quality was weak. It was loud with no bass. The hooka was an ok price $38 only 2 tips. the burning charcoal was not all night, when it goes out its done and you had to pay a fee for more coal. The owner of any business represents their business and this business is trash. The staff in my opinion were good. The owner needs to take a few lessons from them. I will not come back to this place.
