Even when another customer interrupted, the counter young woman politely asked her to wait while she attended to the current customer and almost simultaneously spoke to another staffer in Spanish to address the interrupting customers concern. The store activity flowed seamlessly. The patrons were in and out swiftly. My order came in about 10 minutes just as the counter young woman said. Everything was tasty (I had to try those "mini pizza pies"!). This was my first visit, but now that I know of this location, it won't be my last. ?

I am unsure if they are being overwhelmed with the crazy puffs and are tired of making them, but my puffs were burnt too the core all different sizes. I also got garlic Parmesan wings and buffalo wings which were not done we had place them in the toaster over for 20 minutes once we got home. I called the store 30 times at 8:30pm they turned the phone off I finally spoke with Asim on Sunday he told me he could/would replace my order but I had to wait until Wednesday because they were running out of wings which makes no sense too me be honestly because if other customers are calling for wings what do you tell them? I called on Wednesday was placed on hold for 10 minutes and then was hung up on then the store wouldn’t answer the phone at all. I will not patronize this business anymore I think it’s disgusting that consumers can’t get proper service or food.

I'm thinking the oven must have been broke or turned down low because I'm not sure what kind of raw crazy bread this is. Pizza was sauce-less and tasted undercooked.

I'm not sure if this place is under new management, but lately it seems the customer service and order accuracy has gone down the drain. I don't care how early you put in your online order, when you arrive for pick up your order will either not be ready at the end of the pick up time they give you, OR you will get there and your order is wrong & you have to wait longer. There was one time there was a guy in the back who was wiping counters with a wet rag and he rested that rag on the inside of one of the pizza boxes he was about to put pizza in. I said something to one of the other workers there and she corrected him, but that makes me wonder what else could be going on.

I ended up getting the lunch special ,pepperoni pizza with a Pepsi the pizza tasted like it had alcohol on it , I use to love little Caesar’s pizza but they completely fell off , hopefully I don’t get sick from eating that pizza .

When you are the only customer on a Friday evening, one would think that you would get your order correct. We asked for extra most cheesiest pepperoni pizza with cheesy bread. The bread wasn’t available, no worries we will take the crazy bread. It was 7pm, we were very hungry. When we got our pizza and bread sticks home it was extremely disappointing to find that we not only didn’t have “extra most cheesiest pepperoni” we had a plain ordinary cheese pizza. Little Caesars only sells pizza, granted they have bread sticks too. They have just one job… sell the customer what they ordered! This was not the first time we have had our order messed up, but this will be the last time Little Caesars gets our money. I’m done, rant over!

I haven't been to a Little Caesars in years. Tonight, I tried it, ordering 1 - ExtraMostBestest® Pepperoni pizza and an order of crazy bread and sauce. I know food doesn't always look like what is on the website, but what I got wasn't even close. I ordered the pepperoni pizza that was supposed to have more pepperoni than the regular one. I think a Red Baron frozen pizza has more pepperoni. The bread sticks were all different sizes and some look like they hadn't even raised (basically underbaked). I wish I could add pictures to this review. My suggestion based on this visit...save your money and go elsewhere!

Today I had a problem with the manager, he was incompetent, he asked for help, it took him a while to give me help, after he came to help me, he asked my permission, I stepped aside, I left him enough space to open the cash register, which stopped working when I paid for my products. He arrives, saw the computer asks me for permission with an annoying tone, I step aside leaving enough space and turn around to ask permission with an angrier tone to move when he had enough space I moved and told him why he is angry If I'm not hurting you, I just asked for help, that's all, and it's not the first time this situation has happened.
