Went to pick up my order and I waited 15 mins before I left and it took me 10 to get there. Got there and they lost my ticket for my order. Heard the one guy said ohhh I found it. So I saw them scrambling around to make my calzone. They were making it and they didn’t even tell me I’m sorry we misplaced your order, can you wait 15 mins for us to make it. Or even give me a coupon for like $5 off next time. I was sooo pissed. So I finally got my food. They didn’t even give me a fork or knife or the cup of pizza sauce that comes with it, so I had to go back in and get it. That place has horrible customer service.

The service was great and everyone was friendly. The Pepperoni Magnifico was on point! The Pepperoni Melt is more cheese, for anyone who's curious. Still great, but I prefer the Magnifico. Small place with specific dine-in hours according to the signs I saw. One of the best pizzas I've had.

Today was my first time ordering from here. Food was soo good that I forgot to take pictures. I order a large cheese pizza, cheese bread sticks, and a family size garden salad. Me and my family enjoyed every bite. Customer service was great! I love how they greeted every customer that came through the door. Everyone working there said " Welcome to Marco's!" All together. The people working behind the counter even greeted the delivery drivers as they came back from making deliveries. It was a caring environment. Soo much more great things that I could say about my first time experience at Marco's Pizza but I'll leave this review short and sweet. I highly recommend this place to everyone. I will definitely be going back!

The Good:The restaurant itself was clean besides the boxes that were stacked all over the booth nearest to the restrooms that were locked and needed keys to get into, which you had to ask the staff for. The staff were polite and friendly. The pizza and the buffalo wings were both delicious. I love the fact they had a mini arcade of the game Marvel vs. Capcom, my son and I played a few rounds while waiting for our food. Appreciate that. The atmosphere was nice and relaxing, which is another thing I appreciate.The Bad:The staff behind the counter had forgotten to give us our cups and the boxes stacked in that booth looked slightly tacky.Judgment:4 Stars: ⭐⭐⭐⭐Overall, the place was great. If we are in this plaza again, I definitely would not mind eating here again.

I am sitting in the restaurant giving this review. I came in to pick up a Dash order and the second I walked in EVERYONE behind the counter said “Welcome to Marcos”! At the same dayum time! It was so sweet and made my day I decided to give my review immediately. Haven’t eaten here before this is actually my first time here period. I will be coming back to try the food just off of that greeting. ??

Nov 30 2023Update: The old system you could ? tip electronically at delivery but it's back to paper receipt. You can still choose to tip on the paper receipt than tip in advance (unless you want contactless delivery, then please tip at checkout.) I prefer to tip after delivery.The manager was very kind and professional on the phone as was the person who answered. I hope corporate gets the app worked out so it works better for the stores. I am a semi-regular at this location and appreciate this store! They have great delivery service. Still 5s across the board. The emails sent to sign up on the new site had instructions but they didn't work. I figured it out on my own but even one driver told me it wasn't a great system for them either. I hope it works out because this location has provided excellent food and service to me.I went to order today online but it says the store is closed until 5pm. If you have a bad experience with this location since middle of October 2023, give them some time to figure out this new "okay" system and consider giving them another chance. We love the pizza, and drive nearly 40 minutes to get there. Nothing at all to say about the food, besides it's awsome. I wish that the (very few) tables were a little higher, they are so low it feels like I'm using a kid's set. Bathrooms need some work.

Very bad experience. After speaking to the owner who was there at the time my pizza was upgraded from L to XL. Between cheese bread, old world pepperoni pizza and green pepper pizza I could only eat the pepperoni if I ate the green pepper at the same time. I don't know. Maybe it's just a one off.

Take way too long when it’s not even busy. Don’t do online orders on apps if you’re gonna have the drivers wait around for 30 mins. Don’t waste your time picking up orders from Marco’s.

Giuseppe’s Italian Restaurant is much better in all matters...in fact i would rather get pizza hut from right down the road then from this marco'spizza.. those people saying hi when you walk in is very two face when u see your food roll out the oven and the people rather chat with each other making food while the store manger talks on the phone. after 2 times you don't deserve a 3nd chance. ive been a top doordasher for 3 years...get your pizza from a different place, unless you want to gamble with your toilet time.
