This place is dumb. I sent my child to to get some food as I always do. But she couldn’t even get the food because you need an adult. Supposedly kids where messing around in there and being bad but what does that have to do my kid? It makes no sense. He went to 7-11 and they accept kids

This is the best McDonald’s in the area. The staff is friendly and the Ice cream machine is always working , they have never said the ice cream machine is down. 10/10 McDonald’s service .

If negative stars was an option that's how I would score this. I ordered from the app for my Grandson, (like I always do) and sent him a screen shot of the mobile order because I was all the way in Glen Burnie at work. Even after I spoke to the manager they refused to give him his order because my phone was not within a set radius of the store. I drove all the way across the key bridge and to this location to get his food. It should have been free of charge at this point but I didn't even receive an apology. The whole point of using the app is for convenience. I stop here often when I drop him off at school. I'll never spend money at this location again. The manager needs to learn some customer service with her stank attitude. I deal with irate customers at my job all the time so I understand the other end of it but this was just unnecessary. If it's necessary to be within a mile of the location when the order is placed, it should not allow payment to be charged. For a $4 order, you allowed a child with a confirmation of payment and order number sit and wait 30 mins for me to arrive with my phone. The absolute worst service !!

I walk in after placing a mobile order. Not once was i greeted, asked am i ordering or picking up, or acknowledged in and type way. I’m standing at the counter for about 5 min, i see my food gets made but the manager is so busy gossiping with the employee in drive-thru she doesn’t even know I’m waiting for that for because she acting like she doesn’t see customers walking in the dining room, once the employee tells her she has customers she walk past me so she still down acknowledge me in any way to see why I’m waiting which means I’m waiting for nothing and my food is getting cold. Now here’s where it getting interesting as the manager walks away to take a order the girl in drive-thru gets into a argument with another girl in drive-thru, both are using profanity, loud, and the manager is just so zoned out it’s like she isn’t noticing anything around her. After she takes the order, she finally asks what I’m waiting for i tell her she goes to get it as if it’s just gotten ready but I’ve been standing for 10 min for something I should’ve been in and out for…. My experience was a 2/10, the manager needs to focus on work and not gossiping, people do not wanna walk in waiting extra time when there food was already ready or have to wait 5 extra minutes to order because the person who’s supposed to be taking orders ( manager ) is gossiping. Customer service sucks

Threats of violence. AVOID THIS LOCATION! i ordered a frappe, 2x big macs, and fries without salt. When the order went through to the staff an employee scoffed asking the manager "who the hell orders fries with no salt?" She then added "This makes me wanna fight, i wont win but it makes me wanna punch someone". I ordered my fries without salt because of a medical condition and the employee saying these comments wasnt corrected at all. When i grabbed my food i merely said "people who have heart disease. That's who orders fries without salt"and left. I cannot believe this happened and infront of a manager, i dont think im going to go back after hearing about how my order makes someone want to get violent towards me. Please correct your staff this should never have happened.

First the person taking orders was not very amiable. Second I ordered a large fries and it was half full when I got it. The fries were also very soggy. The mchickens didn’t have enough lettuce and the patties were hard. This specific McDonalds I do not recommend.

This McDonald’s is the worse. I had a Mobile order I showed them my receipt, the address and everything still they claimed they didn’t see it on their screen so they wouldn’t give me my food. It was until about 20 minutes later they gave me my food and it was cold this place has to do better and need a new system.

Someone needs to explain to these folks the purpose of a line. Got on the drive thru which had a long line waited patiently to order my food was asked to go wait in a parking space. Patiently waited for 20 minutes while in the meantime over 10 cars were served. They finally bring my food out and I ask the employee to wait while I check my food as they have an habit of screwing up orders and they have the nerve to tell me to come inside if anything is missing. Does anyone at this store understand the purpose of a line, providing timely service or what would make them think I want to go inside when I clearly decided to use the drive thru. Maybe they need to go to chick-Fil-A for training. Next time they better be ready because I am not getting out of the drive thru line until I have my food.
