Food is always good, however the service last time I went was HORRIBLE. We had a lady named Tina and she inattentive I had to ask her 5 times could we put food in. I asked for the first responder menu 6 TIMES then I got home and realized she didn’t even discount the food. We were so thirsty I had to beg another waitress to refill our drinks. No water was given. I was there for 3 hours solely off of service and waiting around when it is usually 1.5-2 hours for two people. Everything I needed I had to ask multiple times. She barely even checked on us.

The food is delicious I got the crab trap which is a fried tortilla bowl with corn, tater totts & 1 of the best crabcakes ever with their crabby sauce over top. Photo is of the crabcake sandwich its basically all crab barely any binder it's so good. The service was fast a very friendly group. It got crazy busy for a Tues so obviously a popular spot. The only critique I have is the restroom stalls are pretty small.Parking: The layout of the parking area is a little tricky as it's shared with another business.

Just went into Bills on March 23rd at 5 pm and I was literally ignored for a length of time while sitting at the bar. The bartenders made eye contact with me several times and never asked if I wanted a drink or to even give me a menu! They need new bar staff!

Ordered Cajun chicken and seafood pasta, I I was told it wasn’t no longer on the menu but it was online , they gave it to me anyway and it was terrible dry and mostly noodles, definitely a dish I I will not order from here

The Salmon was old and had a smell. We had to send that back.I don't like to send food back so we just left it on the table. All of the food was terrible. The only thing that was good was the crabs. Never again would I come back.

BTI is my family’s go to restaurant! Any chance we get we head in for an awesome dinner! Food and Drinks are always on point. The staff is wonderful and attentive! Be it a date night for the hubby and I, a simple dinner for my family of 8, a big birthday dinner for extended family, or any of their events! We’ve never not had a great time!

The crabs definitely saved this visit! I ordered a burger and fries. They didn't get mine or my sister's burger right and I swear it looked like it was maybe ten fries on both plate. My cousin ordered a crab pretzel, but all you could taste was pretzel and cheese. The owner said that the cook put 7 oz of crab meat in the dip, but the first bite was just cheese and pretzel. Our waitress Rachel was excellent! I won't be ordering food if I go back, just crabs.Parking: It was very crowded, so parking gets very difficult.

I've been going to BTI since I moved to Maryland in 2000. First as a young adult with my parents and now my husband and I continue the tradition. We've seen a lot of changes over the years with the decor and menu items, all lovely additions, but one thing that's remained the same are the great full crabs and the BEST seasoning in town! We always keep BTI's seasoning on hand at home for the times we steam our own. This is THE place for fresh steamed crabs, and of course the amazing, tasty in-house seasoning! The staff is always friendly and attentive! You must go!!

I absolutely love Bills they have the best crab seasoning in Maryland. The drinks are strong and worth the price. Bills never ever miss the mark for me. The wings are perfectly cooked. The eastern ave egg rolls and the cheesesteak egg rolls are delicious. The ice cream sundae desert is good too. The worst thing I’ve ever experienced is times where they may run out of crabs, other than that everything is perfect.

I finally made it here and the experience was lukewarm. Not sure if I would go back. The crab meat was tasty! But the seasoning was so overpowering I could feel my blood pressure raising as I was eating the crabs…it’s way too salty! I had to brush the seasoning off before I could eat the crabs!Then when it came to the check, the hostess told us crabs were $3 per, crab size were sm & med mixed. We ordered 18 crabs and got a bill for $135! All the manager had to say is “I’m not sure why she told you that, sorry” it was no big deal to pay it, I’ve paid more but their response wasn’t professional or customer service centric!!
