Today I ordered food from Prima Pizza and the driver took my food to another location and left it at the door. I called to complain to find out where my food was and they said it was at my door. I went outside. My food was not at my door, I called the manager and asked for refund. He said that we don’t do refunds so I’m out of food and I’m out of money so they get ZERO stars if you’ve never been to this place then don’t go They are disrespectful and now they are THIEVES!!!!! The place is dirty and recommend you go somewhere else. Fortunately, I have a great bank and I will dispute the charges and get my money back that way!!

WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!! I ordered two subs and a large pepperoni pizza and asked for it to be well done. I am pregnant and can’t eat undercooked dough. When the pizza got to me it was well undercooked I called and told them and they questioned me like I was lying then said they would send another one when that one got here it was the same way the only difference was the cheese was cooked more but the dough of the pizza was still undercooked. I called and explained everything to them and the first person i spoke to said he would send my money back because thats what i wanted i no longer wanted the pizza. i waited a hour no one came i called back and the person that answered this time said he cant give mw my money back because he had already made two pizzas but puke i said i could not eat either because they both were undercooked. He told me he only could send another kind of food but not my money at this point with me being pregnant and all i didn't want anything else from them but he said it was nothing else he could do because a refund was out the question so i just said send me wings then. The wings got here and they was ok…. As for how i was treated i will never order from here again…. Im posting a picture of both pizzas so y’all can see that it really no difference in them.

The fast food places just can't shake a tail feather to the grade of mozzarella sticks that non chain pizza places offer. The subs are amazing too. I'm ever exhausting my resources in finding out who has the best cheesesteak sub because everyone thinks that because it's called the Philly cheesesteak sub, Philadelphia automatically has the best cheesesteak. I've been to Philly. I tried their chesesteak sub. That's definitely an acquired taste and only in name. This place, however, top tier, I'd give the cheesesteak sub a strong 9. Certainly where I'm getting my mozzarella sticks for the foreseeable future.

We have been ordering from Prima for almost 20 years, but their food and service is not dependable. Sometimes their subs and fries are good; sometimes they are awful. Lately, their subs have been soggy and their fries are dry like they've been sitting awhile. When the food is not good, we do not complain. The owner use to be friendly, but is not anymore. We ordered a steak sub last night w/everything except hots and light mayo which I always get. We got steak on a dry sub roll. When we called to correct the problem, the owner insisted that is what my husband said, even though I heard him order. The owner said he would have another one delivered, but we had to send the wrong one back and he was not apologetic about it. I do not plan to order from Prima anymore. It is really sad to be treated like this when we have supported Prima even when their food was not good and that they do not seem to care about our future business.

Totally disrespectful told me she wasn’t gonna give me my money back and she gave me three little strips of fish. I have to find somewhere else to go. I’ve been going to this place many years. They are a joke. Don't call in a order using your card. You will wake up to fraud charges the next day. I called them about this situation and a person was supposed to get back to me and never did. My bank disputed these charges. But I will never patronize them again.
