This subway deserves all the stars. They were polite and listened to my exact order. There was a younger gentleman who was a little slow but he was learning/training. He was one of the best subway employees I have been around. I did not get his name but I should have. This restaurant also has a sign on the door to please wear a mask. I found this extremely helpful because it helps keep everyone safe.

Just picked up my online order and they shorted me half a sub. I asked what that extra half one was and she blew me off. I even told her it might belong to someone elses order. I thought something extra got put in there, I tried to give it back, no, so I left. Then realizing when I'm unpacking and plating for 6 she gave me a 6" instead of the 12" I ordered & paid for. Only one sub was on the type of roll asked for. No one answers the phone to be able to rectify the issue. And the subs were soggy & sloppy gross. Will never go again, I will make my own from now on.

Honestly if I could give it zero I would. The phone number for this store does not work and according to the girls working they don't have a phone. The customer service here is horrible. Just keep driving. There's another one down in bowleys quarters.

this use to be my favorite place man ! until tuesday at around 5-6 one of there dark skin workers she was heavy set green top hair pulled her pants down and took them off as i was going to walk in the door i waited in my car then pulled off if this is how workers are then i no longer want to eat here it is unsanitary the other worker was standing next to her dancing it is very inappropriate and it was also caught on camera

This was ok. Food was prepared quickly and accurately. The only issue was I seemed to be bothering the employees buy giving them my order and I couldn't understand the young lady taking our order.

The experience here was terrible. It was burnt and had no vegetables even though i asked for them. It was so bad I had to put it in the trash! What a waste of money. Not to mention I saw flies all around my food! Disgusting.

worst experience with subway. ordered a 6 inche meatball sub for my daughter and i got a 12inch baja sub for my husband. recieved them alll wrong, the bread,the size,non toasted no chips bothing in the order was right. i called the store 10 times no answer filed complaint with corporate no answer. no refund nothing.

Worst experience ever. The girl working was only worried about talking to her boyfriend instead of doing her job. Got an aditude with the man infront of me because he was getting more than 1 sub. So I walked out.

Store manager was very nice and had good customer services I see her always working by herself she always has a postive attitude even when customers are rude out of all the subways I would only come to this one

Maybe if you paid your employees right you wouldn't have staffing issues and it would be open. Also this place was always running out of stuff. Avoid like the plague.

Normally really good food. Was really put off by the girls telling us we had to wear a mask. So we went to the one on Eastern Ave across from the landing strip. Good good, people friendly. Recommend going there instead.
