Haven't been in a while. But had a gift card so dined in. The food was the same, okay, but still a bit too salty for me; my dinner partner enjoyed his meal. Liked that you pay at the table. The music however was not to our liking. I remember mostly country music the last time. This time it was not.

everything was good. Like the late hours. We were out and about and everywhere else we checked stopped serving food at 10pm. So we called Texas roadhouse and they were still serving food and it ended up being in route.

My son goes here often and I accompany him to babysit the girls. The food has become just okay. For being a steakhouse, the specialty has become disappointing. The fresh rolls are great ? but for the money it's a disappointment. The service has regressed to unacceptable. On the last visit, 2 adjacent tables waited so long for their food they put in directly into a Styrofoam container and took it home.The only thing I observed was a half heartedly sorry about that instead of finding a solution before they had to leave. Note: the dining room was mostly empty and not busy at all.

Date night at the steak house. Normally a 5 star review but I got the large tenderloin it was not as tender as it should have been. Overall dinner was good.

We are regular diners at TXRH, this was the first time I've walked away from a meal truly disappointed. Our server Colin was more of a waiter, as in we were waiting on him for everything. He made no effort to hide his dislike for me after I made an admittedly unnecessary criticism of his server spiel. I understand not liking a table, but to actively show that or ignore them afterwards is uncalled for, we are all adults, act like it. The food came out slightly chilled but all the cook temps were correct, the rolls fell flat, literally as if they didn't rise long enough. I would e liked to rectify this with the MOD however they were to busy with what looked like a table they may have been related to, and failed to table touch during our service. For a place that emphasizes their legendary service standards it felt like a huge let down. I'll be back, one bad experience won't ruin it for me but it was sad to see, definitely not their typical standards.

I used the call ahead listing, so when we got to the restaurant was able to be seated within 10 min. We ordered chicken dinners: Smothered Chicken and Portobelo chicken . Both were very good. We had Fried Pickles and Margarettas along with our meals. The server on top of everything,and the timing was great. My only complaint was how loud it gets. I knew that when we went. But what can they do on a Saturday night at 6pm.

Always been a great place but we had dinner there last night and the service was bad. Took over an hour to get our dinner. Steaks were rather cold like they had been sitting awhile. Oh and there was no fresh bread when we got seated and waited about 15 minutes for bread. Just chalked it up to a bad night and it happens
