“I was told of special with extra toppings so I okayed it, so very dissatisfied and disappointed, I couldn’t even see extra topping that I paid for and just no taste unlike what I was use to have not patronize them since I go to Hungry Howies which is a little out of way but worth it for best “

Loved the sauce, the cheese had good flavor, the crust was just right. We also had the ziti special, although it wasn't what I expected from baked ziti, it was still enjoyable and perhaps it was not advertised as baked ziti, I'm not sure.Honestly I always thought this place was closed down form it's exterior appearance, until my neighbor had pizza delivered. I was kinda leery about ordering from here so I went on to scope things out first. It passed my smell test on walking in the door, no foul odors, and also passed my visual test. The dining area was clean, the kitchen and prep area was clean and yes I'm looking everywhere and for everything. So I placed my order and I and my family were pleased.I wish I had taken some photos to add. Perhaps next time.“
“I've moved down here from Wilmington 10 years ago and have been in search of an Authentic Italian Restaurant since then. Today, I stopped in Sal's and as soon as I hit door the authentic aromas of the Italian spices filled the air. There had been so many items to choose from , but I wanted to try their pizza. I'm glad I did. We ended up getting a Silician Pie with Meatball topping. From the fresh mozzarella, to the sauce, all the way to the homemade dough was superb. Lexi, our waitress, was amazing as well. We met Sal and he was wonderful! Everything was wonderful! We will be back. “Look, it's a liquor convienance store that also makes food like pizza and sandwiches. Pizza is great. Much better than pizza empire that was supposed to specialize in pizza. Not a large or good selection of liquors but if you want pizza and beer, this is your place.“
