This was our first time having Rita's delivered. We were worried that we were going to end up with melted ice cream at the front door.It did not happen, it arrived in great condition. Now our house is 15 minutes from Rita's so I know that helped. If you have one that close to you then I would go for delivery if that's what you want. If it's a half-hour away you're more then you're going to have to pick it up I would say.
Fast service will put small in large cups for kids and their mess making . always seating around outside sometime inside .. love RITAS give out buy 5 or 10 and get one free or some kind of perk for everyday customers

I came here the other day. I have seen and been to other chains in NY and felt I needed to give it a whirl. You can come up to the take out window on foot and they have plenty of options. I wanted the concrete (like a blizzard from diary queen). It was pretty good! I usually love Italian ices but I don't enjoy the ones with fruit in them. So if you don't like the fruit in your ice, this is not the place for you. Also the pup cup is $2, if you were curious.
