Never ordering from this Location AGAIN. Id put zero stars if I could. I wasn't even going to leave a review until the staff member told me to never order like that again. My office coworkers placed separate orders that I went to pickup. 6 orders placed by 10:30am to pickup at 11:45. I tried calling the store so much that I memorized the number! No one answered. I show up at 11:30, early I tell them I'm here for 6 orders all under my name as the pickup. He goes its going to take us a bit (2 workers working) I said that's fine and sat down. I said I tried calling but no one picked up. I was told phones must not be working. I didn't get my subs till 1225........ Was told this should have been catering. To never order like that again. I said orders were placed by 10:30 for a 11:45 pickup. He said we don't get orders till 15 mins prior to pickup. I said I also tried calling he said well phones don't work. How is that my problem? So if I had brought me 5 other coworkers that ordered with me and they all selected 11:45 someone would still have been waiting till 12:25?????? I walked out fuming because I didn't complain one bit while I was in there, didn't say a word! But to tell someone never to order like that again??? We've ordered from the subway in bel air festival with no issues the same way.

The sub was pretty good... just ridiculous at $15 with a small drink. It was very difficult to understand the woman making my sub and she acted like I was the problem. Why are they asking for tips at the the cash register....? You didn't serve me at a table nor did you even make my drink. The asking for tips at fast food places is getting ridiculous. The place was clean, which adds a star.

Great tasting food that's also healthy! I got everything I picked just how I liked it and the employee was very polite. The atmosphere is great with all of the beautiful art they have on the walls.

I recently went to this subway looking for and old favorite: The spicy Italian sub. Inside, there were two young guys working a boring night shift as I was the only customer they had seen in some time. As soon as I came in though, they greeted me with a smile, and hustled to complete my order thoroughly and efficiently. They were friendly and we made small talk for a few minutes while my sub was being prepared. The service and food were solid. This establishment should be thankful that they have friendly staff like these two high schoolers who know what they are doing.

If I could give 0 stats I would. I've been going to this subway for a year or more. There was a young guy working there who was amazing. The last 2 times I've been there, he wasn't there. The lady working, is possibly one of the rudest people ever. Apparently, she doesn't speak or understand English very well. She has messed up my order each time and is ignorant to me like it's my fault. 3 strikes and they're out. I would recommend staying far away from this subway.

No longer accepts coupons although I still get them in the mail...new owners are not very friendly and act as it's a problem to make your food......Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere
Usually pretty good (also fast), but most recently forgot the bacon on my mobile order. Upsetting because there’s no way to refund for the absurd bacon up-charge.

I went to this Subway tonight, where 2 young men were working. The service was admirable and friendly. We paid for 2 sandwiches 2 medium drinks and 4 cookies ( 2 chocolate chip and 2 macadamia). We didn't realize the young man at the register had forgotten to put our cookies with our sandwiches.

Ordered ham and cheese 6\". I got 3 slices of ham and a slice of cheese. While it was assembled well and the staff was great, subway is not providing a good product for the money. Will not go back.

Poor, poor experience. Toppings all looked old and well past their prime. Upon walking into the store with the coupon sheet I was looking to take advantage of, was advised that location no longer accepted couponing. Extremely disappointing and sub-par food for the money.

Subway has come a long way with new product rollout, The interior of each store is modernized and very clean. Service was prmpt and employees were hard working.Good work Subway!. I would suggest that the sub rolls although offer a variety, if they ould make rolls like Jersey Mike's rolls, it would be fantastic!
