the young lady wearing glasses with her hair pulled back in a hat making the subs was extremely rude to customers, myself included. she was speaking quietly with an attitude and little to no patience. if we didn’t respond immediately to her or didn’t hear her questions, she would huff and puff while full on rolling her eyes at us. she even uttered to another worker that an elderly customer wasn’t being responsive enough and yet again rolled her eyes right in front of us. it felt like i was inconveniencing her by ordering food there. we all have bad days but her behavior was completely inappropriate.the food tasted great as usual but i asked for a side of fries, not disrespect.

I have to say while the food here is always decent for what it is, the service is so terrible it makes me never want to eat here. Eye rolling, asking me 6 times is two minutes what I want on my sandwich. Rude when I try to clarify my food is made right. I’ve worked food service for years and can’t imagine talking with customers with the type of attitude I get every time here. I always try to be polite and understanding as a customer so it’s very frustrating being treated rudely in return.

Horrible waste of money! Bad service, grumpy cashier who doesn’t listen. This location got my order wrong twice and most recently gave me half-cooked French fries that were inedible. Do not eat here.

Steak n cheese and chicken teriyaki are 2 very good sandwiches...which we enjoyed with watermelon/strawberry lemonade...good value for the price...and they add whatever fixins you want to the sandwiches...nice, polite, friendly staff...

Charlie's is pretty consistent, and I'll visit a location if I'm in the area. My only complaint is their limited locations.
