I've tried the curry goat, escovitch and fricassee chicken. All have been amazing, food Is fresh and employees are friendly. I like the touch of care they provide by letting me see the food prior to putting in the Togo bag.
I've tried Africaribbean multiple times because I didn't want to write it off, but it's just OK. The jerk chicken is not spicy and dry and needs more sauce/gravy. I recently ordered from Door Dash and I asked for extra sauce and the chicken was still dry.

I ordered the Brown Stew Chicken with jollof rice and plantains. The chicken (thighs) were very tender, delicious, and flavourful. Here is my only criticism: The jollof rice may be seasoned with cardamon and hints of cinnamon. Because the brown stew chicken is so savory, it throws off the flavor a bit. Imagine someone sprinking cinnamon in your gravy.....that is what it tastes like. White rice would be more complimentary to this dish and the pallette. The plantains are very tasty,...read full review
