I have never experienced the rudeness and unprofessionalism as I have today 3/19/2024 at 4:32 p.m., when ordering a (1) simple pizza at the Domino's at 9509 Livingston Road, Ft Washington and dealing with the Shift Manager Thomas, and whoever the female was that answers their phone!!! I ordered a pizza that took an hour to arrive, while I live 3 minutes across a light. The tracker read the delivery guy came to the area within 1 minute away, twice to leave and go 10 minutes away twice. My pizza traveled with him over 30 minutes, as the tracker read he left the store at 5:06 and arrived to my door at 5:38 with a cold pizza and wet bottom of the box. When I called the store the female that answered the phone actually hung up on me mid-conversation, stating when I call back, she did so because she heard the driver at my door. On my 3rd call back for the manager, after being on hold for 5 minutes, THOMAS, said to me AND I QUOTE "we are busy this time of the day Ma'am, if you want your pizza hot you need to come pick it up." So the expectation of receiving hot food, that's not soggy after paying a $5.49 delivery fee obviously is unrealistic in the the eyes of the Livingston Road Domino's and it's Shift Manager Thomas. I absolutely did not accept the pizza and will NEVER patronize that location again, even if I do "have to pick up the pizza"! Also, note when I did ask Thomas if there was a regional/area manager, he boastfully let me know that the location was a franchise, so much for high Domino's corporation standards when it's individually owned. SAD!

Wings are little and they don’t cook them all the way even if you tell them u want them “well done” PS they also didn’t give me any dipping sauce for the wings.

This was my first time buying at this location. I was hesitant at first when reading the reviews and spending $18 for breadsticks, but I had nothing to worry about. The pizza tracker was accurate, the works were working diligently when I walked in and were super busy during the NFL playoff weekend. The bad reviews are very misleading. Will definitely buy again.

I've frequented this particular dominoes for some time know. I went in tonight to get salads and pizza. My salad looked like it was sitting for a week and they still put it in my bag. I did look at before I left, but did not check the bottom salad thoroughly. I checked to see if i had and chicken, as there was non in my last purchase. I returned the salad back to the store, and asked for another fresh salad. The young lady did not usher and I sorry for your inconvenience, not a word from her. Since why I am writing this revue. I have also noticed that most of the employees have long hair and beard. Is it not mandatory for them to wear at least a hat and have beard nets on? As I see not one wearing them. Customer service at this store is not good at all. I don't think I will frequent this store again. If the management reads this please get your house in order or you will continue to loose customers.

UPDATE: I called the store the next day and finally got a refund.We placed an order 4 hours ago. The driver came and tried to give us the wrong order. He even gave us the receipt to prove it was our order and we must have forgotten to order stuff that was missing. The name and address was wrong and nothing on the receipt matched our order. He apologized and said he delivered it to someone else along our route. He then said he would call the store and have them remake our order. We called 10 minutes later to make sure they were remaking our order. They said they were and they'd send it back out. And hour later, still no food. We called again and they said the driver was out with our order. Another hour goes by and still no pizza, and at this point our kid needs to go to bed. We call the store again for a refund. They refuse the refund and say they can only send our order out again or give us store credit. I'm never ordering from here again, so store credit is a waste, and we've already waited 4 hours at this point, were not waiting another 4 for pizza to MAYBE show up. The guy, Josh, refuses to give us a refund. I'll be calling the store tomorrow to speak to their store manager for a refund because this has been the biggest pain I've ever experienced with pizza delivery.

2 hours for delivery.... called after 1 hour, said my order was sitting waiting for a driver, should have canceled it then, but I waited, and it arrived cold, I called back and through a very slow process was offered a replacement order.

Very terrible customer service from the owner!! Arrogant and cheap to say the least. Couldn’t even explain why I was charged extra for my online order. Didn’t apologize or anything no dollar discount to satisfy a customer who grew up down the street. Just pure greed and arrogance then talked about how he owns 20 stores in the area so good luck finding one that he doesn’t own. It’s people like that who should own franchises. I’ll reach out to dominos corporate next.

They don't wear gloves at all when making the pizza's, and the area you wait for the pizza's is very small.

SO hit and miss! I had an excellent experience at one store, ordered from a different store two weeks later and had the worst experience. No consistency= no ordering from me.

I ordered at 1130pm and they close at 12. They canceled my order at 12 lmao. Why not just close early if ur gona stop taking orders or change ur store hours on Google so people know. Had a decent sized party expecting lots of pizza and it was disappointing to tell them the order was canceled.

0 stars -_-I asked about the manager's special...3 toppings large pizza. 15 bucks. I said bacon, pepperoni and extra cheese. They said I couldn't have bacon because it's gonna cost more. So I asked of I can get double pepperoni and extra cheese....they said, sure/yes. I pay...come back for pick up.... They don't have any pepperoni and the cheese was regular. I said this is not what I asked for. They said yes it is. I left after saying cool. Thank you. I was sad. That was messed up. They know me and they did it on purpose. Wrong...but it's alright... Never again will I go back....they may not care though....

This one in Ft. Wash. is straight TRASH!!! I ordered online and the tracking app. said it was was in the oven (Bake). I live 10 mins. away. I leave and get there by 2:38 (estimated time it would be ready was 2:28-2:38. I get there and click on the “I’m coming in” selection. I get give him my order #, he looks inside the oven and says “15 minutes”. I say, it said “ready” on the app. I sit down. He starts preparing a pizza so I stand up to see how they do it. He is making the pizza exactly how I asked for (half pepperoni half cheese). I say, “is that my pizza? He says “yes”.P.S.: he was the only person working. When I first walked in, he was dealing with a customer at the register. He had his hand behind his apron scratching his chest. Not once did I see him sanitize his hands. He went to make the crust for a pizza, but before he did, he pulled out the trash underneath the fixing station. Never sanitizing his hand. I ordered thin crust so it was already made and didn’t need to be hand tossed. He made my pizza before he pulled out the trash to hand toss what I stated.
