Very rude. We bought our food and decided to sit in the restaurant and was told we have to leave because we asked for take out and the server doesn’t get paid enough since we didn’t use the waiter service. Avoid these rude people. How do you kick out paying customers who treated you with respect.

I've been a loyal customer of Ledos for years. I would often visit their Hyattsville location and then their College Park location until they closed. Unfortunately,, the Swan Creek location is as bad as a food establishment can possibly get. My daughter and I ordered 2 pizzas today. We ordered 1 with pepperoni and anchovy and the other with pineapple and sausage. There was 1 piece of sausage on every other slice with barely any sauce. The other had a crumble of anchovy on each slice. I was so disgusted that I called the restaurant and spoke with the so called manager, Shameema (sp). She was rude and tried to over talk me. She said, if more sausage & anchovy was needed I could've ordered extra. I told her I would not pay extra for a topping that should have been adequately supplied. She never once asked how she could make things right or even offer a simple apology. The only thing that she could tell me was that a whole slice of anchovy could not fit on a slice. Somehow, the other locations can get it right. Shameema should be embarrassed to call herself a manager.

I ordered and paid for extra sausage and mushrooms and there was bearly any topping on my whole pizza. I'm a truck driver and been to Ledo's all over the region for the last 44 years. Never been to a rip off place like this!!!

Tonight was the worst experience I have ever had at this lefos the pizza was absolutely disgusting because of the bacon that was used. I regularly order from this location and never had the bacon taste like it did tonight I honestly believe it was bad. When I called and spoke to the manager who claimed to be the owner she was rude and wouldn't even offer a replacement. I will be using the pizza hut right next to this location from now and I would encourage other to do so?? very bad customer service

I am a fan of Ledo Pizza. Have been a patron since going to the original in Adelphi. This one, however, is quite possibly the worst pizza restaurant I have been to. This is not representative of the food that I have grown to live from Ledo's. I have tried it multiple times and each trip is worse than the previous. Ledo's really needs to do a better job of making sure their franchises are keeping the standards of the original. Do yourself a favor and skip this Ledos. Get a frozen pizza instead.

Wost Ledos around. Had a online order for $75 went to pick it up and ask for plates and was told that they don't give those out. Ask if I get a 2 liter at least for the amount of food I ordered and was told I get nothing. Would think after ordering that much food from them at least they can give me plates to eat from. Manager didn't seem to care at all. Won't order from this location again. Have had issues before with this location but not far from the house so gave them another chance but no more chances.

I went inside to order and I asked if I could dine in. They told me I could not dine in because my order was a carry out order. I told them I would pay the dine in fee and they still refused to allow me to dine in the restaurant. Both men were very rude and I could not understand why as a paying customer I couldn’t eat in the restaurant. Also there was no one dining in I was the only one in there. Horrible service. I will never order from them again. It was discrimination against me as a black woman.

The worst ledo ever . I bought a medium pizza . The sauce was awful the toping were aw ful. And I bought a spaghetti and noodles with meat balls and sausage and meat sauce. Thier was no sauce at all on the spaghetti. I will never order from this ledo's ever

This place has the standard Ledos atmosphere except the staff seemed to be very concerned about the small stuff. Have to pay extra for ranch sauce and no free refills when dining in. Also, on the pizzas, they also seem to be very conservative with the cheese.
