We are nearby and order from here from time to time. Whenever I order from here the food is sometimes hot, sometimes not. The restaurant quality of food is not consistent. The Peruvian and grilled chicken are sometimes dry and the yuccas are hit or miss, sometimes hard and dry, sometimes fresh and hot. Lately, when ordering an entree with sides, the cooks put the hot food over the yuccas to make them hot and not so hard. Can I have fresh yuccas please.. The subs and burritos are always good and hot; my sons like these. The people taking your orders are usually kind and attentive. The restaurant's ambience is nice for carry out or dinning in. We ordered yesterday for dinner and when you pay $75 plus tip for dinner, for carry out, you expect your food to be on point. Overall because of the restaurant's continued inconsistency I have to say average. I'm not sure we'll frequent here in the future.

This place started out well, but lately , it hasn't been up to par. U don't know until you get home with the togo meal. Disappointe.... Ft Washington location. I should have returned the dried out chicken. It seemed to be old chicken from the previous day.

Food was delicious until it WASN’T!!!! I found 3 grey hairs in my black beans and plantains. THREE?! The chefs should definitely start wearing hairnets because this is just unacceptable! I was just trying to enjoy my meal.

I get half chicken and beans and rice a few time a months. Its a good well balanced meal that is muxh healthier then any fast food place. I'll keep going here they ate great.

They have a very good snapper dinner . The service a little slow. Food is great, the steak is a little tough. But all in all food is good.

We love the chicken fajitas and with two sides of rice. This meal feeds a family of 4 and is so delicious especially with the included sauces ???

Just ordered a whole chicken with rice and beans with plantain. The chicken was tasteless and dry not to mention Luke warm. The rice and beans... I mean the rice and a few beans.. come on why stuff the container with rice and lay some beans on top. We felt ripped off. Very dissatisfied.
