If you ever wondered how is a prisoner of war treated just visit this “restaurant”. Rude service, didn’t have 1/2 the items I ordered because reasons and even after getting something else instead they gave me the wrong items. Drinks taste like food coloring and water pretty good for those days you just want to punish yourself. Whoever is managing this place, this may not be the place for you. Finally, I’ll do everything in my power avoiding this place like the plague and make a resolution to never go to this place again. PS: I’ll send a letter Google customer service after this begin them to add a “negative” score because that’s what this place deserves.

Terribly slow! Two managers one off in the lobby going back and forth about $3 short in the register. Chicken don't taste right.The dude at the register slow, I can understand being new but have some common sense about you. Yes, observed employees not washing hands or not wearing gloves. Drive thur is just as bad. They pre cups frostys before closing to lazy to clean the machine which makes the frosty foamy. I wish Chick-fil-A was closer ?.

This location has to be one of the worst Wendy's restaurants in Southern MD. Lines are always long, orders are never right even the drinks are watered down. Fort washington needs more the two drive thru options. I try to give the benefit and keep going back but this location never satisfies!
