Terrible attention, especially from the lady who takes you to the tables, the food is good, it is not expensive, but the one who receives you discourages you, they should change

Horrible customer service. I’m speaking about the lady at the front desk. I went up to pick up my food to go from their Aloha Krab part. As soon as I walked in the restaurant, the lady saw me and tried to hide herself behind the desk.. then when I walked up and said I was here to pick up my order, she yelled at me “WHATS YOUR NAME?!?!” And when I told her my name, she yelled at me again “YOU NEED TO TELL ME YOUR NAME BEFORE YOU PICK UP YOUR ORDER!!! DONT JUST STAND THERE” Then I told her I was standing there for a good 3-4 minutes and I know she saw me but she was too busy on her phone and hiding from me.. Then she got up annoyed as ever to seat people who came in after me… the fact that she had the balls to yell at me when I told her I was there to get my order.. great food, but change the front desk lady.. she’s not good for hosting!!

For a place called aloha krab I would expect their crab fried rice to have real crab in it. Nowhere on their door dash service does it say that this dish is fake crab. And it's extremely bland with no flavor. I would have just paid 3 dollars less for the "hopefully" real shrimp. Very disappointing and completely false advertising

We hit it on time fresh food was being put out as we arrived. Service was good an the ladies were right good looking also. The place was very clean and organized. Don’t eat here,did a carry out and on top of the terrible service, the food was cold.it’s actually the flaming grill and buffet which is another beast within itself.

Zero stars if I could……total bait and switch, went for seafood got a very low end Chinese buffet… food old and cold. Please listen to me if you love your bowels you won’t eat here. If you do eat here get ready for long night…..
