Unsatisfactory experience! My husband order food (2 orders of chicken wings & popcorn shrimp) when he got home I didn’t like the way my food looked or tasted (I had burned fries and tiny ball shrimp), so I asked him to bring it back for an exchange for something else but they refused because the owner said there wasn’t anything wrong with the food ( even though I didn’t like it & 6 months pregnant) nor were we able to get a refund. The meal wasn’t that much but the main problem I’m having is the principle. They told me I could reach out to the manager and when I called they told she was having health issues she needed to attend too. My husband loves to play pool there and eat their chicken wings so this was my experience.

This place has it all!!A bunch of tv's with spots on, pool tables, darts, trivia, poker etc. The food and staff are great and it's close enough to downtown without being downtown ?

I give them 3 stars because I ordered chicken tender, the chicken was good, but the potatoes were burnt, very bad service, the girl at the bar was alone, but the integration with the customer was very poor or not at all, it took a long time to bring the drinks, ,,, apart from that, I loved the place, the pool tables were good, the place very clean.

Food is decent, and atmosphere is very comfortable and hospitable.Service is absolutely awful if you do not tip 20%. My friends and I were going consistently every Saturday, until tonight. We sat at a table and were not served at all and completely ignored. Eventually, one of the bartenders comes to us to let us know they were ignoring us because we only tipped 15% last time, which was a bold and untrue accusation. Regardless, it’s absolutely disgusting to be accused of not tipping 20% after being ignored for an hour. Definitely never going back here, especially since bartenders feel entitled to confront patrons for tipping amount. It ruined our entire night and now are never recommending this place to anyone and will continue to spread negative remarks about it. Thanks!

I couldn't get to the food because the service was awful. The waitresses weren't welcoming or friendly. The one lady said without any formal greeting, someone is in that chair and nothing else. I couldn't even get a menu. For sure, It was my first, and definitely my last time going to this place. The ambiance was a bar feel.
The food was delicious, our waitress was friendly and did a fantastic job, we loved listening to the music they had playing, it was nice to feel relaxed. I recommend eating at Belles'.
