Don’t attempt to choose this location to celebrate your 21st Birthday like I tried to. Firstly, we went during happy hour and our waitress did not mention anything about the happy hour or give us a menu, it’s like they didn’t want you to know and we had to bother her for menus and info about it. Then they refused my service, my DOB on my ID and proof that my new ID is in the mail was not enough & they turned me away, we didn’t get a clear answer as to why when asking a manager. We went to the restroom and our table was cleared off when we got back, I will not be returning.

Felt the service was respectful and attentive for a party of 3 adults and 3 kids under 9 yrs old.The burger and creme brule french toast was a great brunch combo, so consider it an option if you're not a fan of fish.

Came here about a two months ago, roughly around 3-330 PM and sat at the bar. Immediately noticed an odor and lots of fruit flies flying around. Service was good but just couldn’t get past the poor cleanliness. Food and service is usually great here but it will probably be a long time before I go back.

First time visiting my hometown Bonefish Grill. The hostess and our waitress were great and attentive and the drinks from the bar were good, too. The food on the other hand was subpar. It was disappointing for a semi fine-dining (expensive) restaurant chain. The first medium requested steak came out well-done and after waiting 30 minutes for the second medium steak to come out, it was medium-well. The crab cake had no flavor (I really didn't think there was in crab in it) and it was the size of a water bottle cap. I don't know if this is normal food quality or if I just came in on the wrong night, but it will be a while before I give BF a try again.

Ok, I'm a HUGE fan of Bonefish BUT after tonight I'm not sure if I'm coming back....and it's a shame bc my family & I are BIG time foodies......I was SUPER excited to try the Bang Bang Artichokes. Well, this was the first thing to upset me. They were very stringy and hard-- so I sent them back. I asked for a Bang Bang Shrimp instead which I got. Did you all change the sauce?? Bc all I tasted was mayo??!! (Hubbies order of Bang Bang was the same way!!Then I ordered my usual--Cod Imperial, Kung Pao Brussel Sprouts and Garlic Roasted Potatoes (which I was so excited to try!!)....ok I was eating the Cod--got to the middle and it was COLD!, Brussels were awesome!, now for the NEW Garlic Roasted Potatoes.....us aioli supposed to be sour?? The sauce on these were SO sour that it bit me back!!!! I'm still tasting it!!! So by hubby got the Burger. He was not asked how he wanted it and it came out red, like between rare and medium and he said it was SO greasy it was running down his arm....now I also had the side salad with the house dressing that was good. And we shared the 3 piece Martini that had the 1 pineapple, 1 pomegranate and 1 winter white. All of those were AMAZING!! Anyways, not very happy.....would be nice if a manager reached out to me bc I still spent over $120 & felt like it was a waste and really unhappy....probably spending my hard earned money elsewhere next time!!

I ordered a large salad with salmon online and I asked the girl at the front for extra dressing for my salad and the hostess had an attitude and ended up giving me honey mustard instead. I called back to the store to talk to the manager and the manager said he would send me a gift card in the mail. I still never received it to this day . The salad was dry they gave a small thing of salad dressing with a LARGE SALAD and the salmon was not cooked well I literally spent over $45 this night. I really don’t appreciate the management lying to me.
Worst experience I have ever endured! My wife and I had a30 min wait and decided to have drink at the bar while waiting, it so loud in the place and we didn't hear the notification. We wanted a booth and they tried to sit us at a table that was small enough you could fit kindergarten kids there. When we asked about the 2 booths that were empty we taken to one of them and was told to stand there, they looked like there about clean it off for us when out of no where some guy came out of no where and rudely told the table was reserved. I understand restaurants get slammed from time to time, but there's no reason for servers to talk to customers very short and make them feel like they didn't want us to eat there. We left and traveled across town to Texas Road House.
