Server Joceylyn was notified of a food allergy and smiled when I informed them that the gluten-full food that they had served me would kill someone with a more severe allergy. Terrible service and people. I will never go back.

I have been here in Frederick County over 25+ years and still just for the 1st time went here on a Friday afternoon with my daughter. The mixed drinks we got were awesome (mine was a virgin).....French Onion Soup was delicious, the Super Large Pretzel was good but the nacho cheese "soup" served with that was Super runny. I had a tomato bisque soup that was served barely luke warm. My daughter had a fried chicken sandwich which she said was "Amazing". I had the Shrimp Tacos and were just Ok.....it wasn't very busy however it seemed like it took a while to get our food out. The Waitress seemed like she was "trying" to be nice but was very distracted. Everytime I would ask her for something she would walk away before I was done talking. And KEPT walking....AND kept doing that!! I kept thinking-- why are you rushing back to the kitchen bc you Know THE Cooks are NOT rushing!!?? It was just an OK visit, not sure I will go back.Parking: If your lucky enough to find a spot!!

Good place to eat, the fried pickle chips were great and our burgers were good. Both of our fries came out cold though.The service here is amazing! And really took the extra step for us with our 8 week old.Thank you again!

We had a large party, as our family and friends hadn't seen one another in a long time. Alani was our server, and she was very attentive, personable, and friendly! When she saw one of us trying to take a selfie of everyone at our table, she asked if we'd like her to take some pictures of us. We were very pleased with her service, and the food was great!

We had a big party for lunch today and our server Alani was exceptional! She was new and did the best job juggling multiple orders and multiple food allergies! We love Brewer’s Alley because we can always count on good gluten free options and the service today was top-notch! It's hard to rate atmosphere as it was lunch time & the diner was near empty however...the waitress was excellent & very knowledgeable regarding all the different brews so not sure about some of the negative comments regards drinks choice & the local beer I had was excellent (can't remember what it was called)..onto the food & we had to wait a bit longer than what would be reasonable plus the crab dip was mediocre...my reuben (pastrami) sandwich was not too bad with thin fries which were again ok...my partner had a turkey sandwich which was average..so all in all average

Went there for Easter brunch buffet. Food was good and so was the service. Used the parking deck behind the building.Parking: Used the public parking deck. Bit congested getting in but plenty of parking.
