There have been 2 occasions that I have been going to this place and the 2 times that I have gone they do not give me the chips and there is no way I would return just for that since the time we have to eat is very little but hey they should pay more

I ordered online for pickup. Upon arrival I waited several minutes for the employee to come to the counter. He then didn’t know how to look for online orders. He left and came back saying he didn’t have the order. My app stated they did. He told me there was nothing he could do. I then went through the drive through where myself and the car in front of me waited both 10-15 minutes each for the employee to come over the microphone and say “nah-you are gonna have to wait a while” as a result no food was provided. While in the drive through line the employees exited out of the Burger King and began smoking cigarettes outside and not serving a single customer. After I had already paid online I ended up losing a good amount of money.

The drive-thru lady was upset when she was taking our order she had a big attitude and every time we asked her for something I heard her breathing, so we wanted to order the double shopper burger and they didn't have any we needed to wait 10 minutes and it was at 8:30 pm, so we didn't end up ordering a Classic chicken burger without mayo and she said “ it doesn’t come with mayo and guess what it came with mayo.

Stopped by this BK ~7pm 9/17 and ordered a Bacon King meal To-Go. Received a single cheeseburger instead - which annoyed me enough to write this review. I was already on the road and didn't have time to turn back. Also, employees or employee friends were smoking pot while facing the parking lot - unprofessional. At least the bathroom and dining room were clean.

This Burger King is the nicest one I’ve ever been too. 5 stars for cleanliness of all the facilities, even the restrooms. It looks like a nice 60s diner. Employees were very kind and respectful. Even the food wasn’t sloppy and messy when presented to us.
