You should never do business with the Burger King at 3363 Urbana Pike in Urbana, MD. This Franchise owner has been ripping off customers for years -serving one slice of cheese on any double cheese burger or double whopper with cheese. I have a video I am happy to share of the evidence. The local owner had and employees call me to apologize, but the call was a complete joke. “We did not understand the requirements to sell what we are charging our customers for, but we will fix it.”Give me a “Friendly” Break!This owner is a thief.You need to ask for the key to the bathroom or to get even one single packet of Ketchup.This business is a disgrace to our community.

I ordered an impossible whopper and they hurriedly asked if I wanted extras, all I heard him say was jalapeños and cheese, so I said yes. I was charged for bacon aswell. When I pulled up to the second window after already paying I told them I’m vegetarian and wouldn’t order bacon and didn’t hear him say bacon, so they said ok well take it off (me assuming he meant the bill and we’re going to make a new sandwich) they not only didn’t refund me, but they clearly gave me the same sandwich without the bacon cuz there were bacon pieces and bacon grease on the sandwich (which i noticed too late) I haven’t had meet in 9 years, so I got sick. Thanks a lot

This was a drive through with a very helpful employee! I ordered a #10 which is a Big Fish. Sandwich, fries and a drink. I asked that she put Mayo on it instead of tartar sauce and it was done! The fries are always nice and hot at any Burger King ! I then was looking for a non caffeinated drink that wasn't carbonated and not real sweet. I asked about the lemonade and she said it was good but to come around so I could taste it! That's rare! When I came around, she gave me a sample and it was just fine! I told her I appreciated her help! As for the ambiance, I only ordered from the drive through, but it was easy in and out, especially since there was construction of a new place right next to it. The area was fenced off so there wasn't any confusion.

I see all the bad reviews and maybe they turned things around. The two burgers and fries I ordered were piping hot and fresh. It took about three minutes to get my food and the service was friendly. The dining area was spotless during my visit.Vegetarian options: Impossible burger here.
