Apparently this location only gives water cups for kids. If you want water you have to PAY for a cup that's $3! Just insane! Never had that happen at any other location.

Always seems like they are in a rush everytime I go, I don’t get enough food for what I pay for. I want to earn points through the app and they are “in a rush” and don’t go through the process of giving me my points so I pay without my points going through

Due to the busy nature of the location, I highly recommend using the app and self-picking up. In several instances, the staff has displayed an attitude as if I am a bother to them. Staff frustration is a result of a lack of organization, in my opinion. The effort and quality is definitely there!

I ordered a cheese quesadilla with white rice and pinto beans on the side. At first I thought they just forgot my sides until I realized they shoved everything into my quesadilla. I didn't think you could mess up a cheese quesadilla but the idiots that work here sure did.

I was checking out at around 12:22pm and the woman at the register was just awful. As I was taking my card out of my wallet to pay she snatched my card to bill it without even asking. My card is my property and I did not give her permission to snatch it out of my hands. She then continued to make an annoyed face when my card wasn’t going through because the tap option on their machine wasn’t working. When I pulled out another card to try she snatched that one and billed it as well. Everyone was in a rush which i understand but it still didn’t give her the right to act the way she did. Very unprofessional and very disrespectful.

this is the absolute worst chipotle by far. save yourself the frustration and go to either of the other chipotle locations nearby it’s worth the 10-15 minute drive. i work nearby and i am consistently amazed at how horrible this place is ran, the staff will give you attitude, they will severely under portion everything unless you ask them to give you a correct amount which they will groan and roll their eyes at you, staff also consistently avoids helping out customers on the line they will walk past and look at the single person helping out a line of 20 people then continue to walk past and this is how it is every. single. time. i don’t know who runs this place but they need change place is so unwelcoming by its staff it’s crazy to me
This post was long over due. This lady working at your chipotle has got to be the most stingy/ rudest person working at your location.1st time. A few months back we came an ordered a kids quesadilla. She literally grabbed a pinch of cheese and threw in on the tortilla; we nicely asked for a little bit more and she said that we needed to be charged more. The manager at the time told her that the amount of cheese added did not need to be charge but she kept whining.2nd time. They were out of kids chip bags but they had chips at the location. We kindly asked if she could make some. She instantly gave an attitude and made them ,but you could see the anger in her.3rd time. Came again, had no kids chips but had chips. Refused to make us kid chips and ended up giving us a tangerines. We didnt feel like arguing so we just took it.4rd time. Ordered a quesadilla online and she gave us less than half of the container of side.Is anyone else having issues with her or is it something against us?She needs to be trained again on servings and costumer service or stay home will be better option.

This is the best Chipotle is Frederick! Sometimes, the line is a little long, but it moves pretty fast (you could always order online and come right in and pick up, too). Their food is cooked well done, chicken in particular. Every other Chipotle I go to, all I'm eating is gummy chicken and spitting half of it out, ughh. But yea, go here, this is the spot!!!
