The service at this location is absolutely GARBAGE though, focus is clearly placed on the in person orders over online orders.I've been doordashing in Frederick for over a year and I have always dreaded ANY orders that come out of this restaurant as every time I come here I see people walking into the store, getting their food and leaving before any employee even speaks to me.DO NOT ORDER ONLINE HERE, YOU WILL BE IN AND OUT MUCH FASTER GOING THROUGH THE LINE

I order from this location a fair amount, and they always do a pretty good job. My carnitas today was poorly shredded, and I got like 2 large chunks; didn't love that. Also, I don't love how this chipotle and many others have abandoned the pick up shelves. They never put the order out for retrieval which creates a confusing situation as I try to push through everyone else to figure out if mine is ready. I get people may be taking the wrong orders, but let's fix that another way. Otherwise, delicious and fast?Parking: Plenty of parking in a dedicated lot.

This chipotle is garbage. The quality of food , the workers disgusting attitudes. I walked out after ordering after I was told they only make quesadillas at a certain time of the day … there needs to be a change in ownership and a change in staffing, or Jesus needs to return. This place is horrible. Stay away.

They burned the wrapper onto my quesadilla. Looks like they just reheated an old quesadilla using that tortilla machine and burned the wrapper right on to my food.
They ran out of cheese. How is that even possible. Got no cheese on my food and the meat wasn't seasoned. Disappointing.

The crew here was a trainwreck, the place is a mess, easily the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. Screwed up our in-person orders in several ways. We ordered carnitas kids tacos for daughter… they were out of carnitas, so they just gave us empty tortillas. They were out of fruit side so gave us chips instead… then charged us for the chips. The servers don’t really speak English, so they can’t explain when there are issues. As I type this, a guy is trying to order a quesadilla, and they are saying no, but they can’t explain why. There are no forks or spoons, no toilet paper in the bathrooms, I could go on.

I did not think it was very hard to put an order of large chips and guacamole together, but apparently it is. I got chips and Queso delivered instead (I'm dairy free). Really not sure how they managed to mess up the simplest order.
