The service here is absolutely wonderful. They went above and beyond for me and my family.I tried to place an order online Saturday evening and the online system would not take my order. I called and they graciously explained that their system doesn't take orders after 7:30 pm. (At that time it didn't hit me that they closed at 8pm. My son is in the hospital and my mind was focused on that.) They took my order and had it ready in 10-15 minutes. They called at 8 and let me know that they were closing. But they graciously stayed open till I got there. The staff there were great and so was the manager.The food was delicious. It really perked up my wife, mother-in-law, and myself while staying with my son at the hospital. I highly recommend this restaurant and will be returning often.

This was my second time eating here. The food was delicious. Service was fantastic.
I tried to call in my order and when I called it in, the employees didn’t understand English very well so they had someone call my phone so that I could order through them. I appreciate the effort of the manager to call me and try to get a better understanding of what I ordered but it was a HUGE inconvenience.

First Time eating here- had 1/4 dark meat meal with tossed salad and sweet potato fries. This was very tasty and salad was very, very fresh! So yummy!!!When traveling again, I will choose this place for sure. We don't have any of these in Camillus NY, otherwise, I'd make it a habit!!!!

I've been to other locations and usually have a good experience. Everything we ordered was very under seasoned and the chicken was very dry. It was... fine. It just wasn't good or worth the price. I don't see myself coming back when in the area.

Figured I'd give them a shot. Chicken was "meh". Biggest thing was the immediate itching I get from peanut oil being used. Called to the restaurant and they couldn't tell me what oil was being used. I'm loading up on benadryl right now. Allergy here.In addition to that, they forgot the sauces even though I ordered extra and substituted Cole slaw for a different dish.Definitely going to go to sardis next time.
