Ordered a large steak and cheese only mayo on my lunch break, took over 30 minutes to get it. So I didn’t have a chance to eat, no big deal sometimes it’s busier than expected. Get home later that evening to find out they gave me a sub with onions and peppers. Should have just thrown the money in the trash, that’s where the sub ended up.

Just mad slow, ordered 2 subs to be ready at 11:55, one sub was finished, the other took 20+ minutes, and i’m still waiting. I assume it’s gonna be good but still like this is whack. Maybe understaffed.

Something needs to be done about the manager/supervisor. He is disrespectful and rude not only to customers but to his own staff; cursing them out in front of customers is not a good example. He only acknowledged certain customers.

We ordered a veggie sub through Doordash that is supposed to come with a dozen toppings, and what we got was a sparse amount of lettuce, tomato, and onion slices. Where's everything else?? I called the restaurant twice and no one answered (of course). Can't get there before they close, so I'm SOL. $9.85 for this!!

Funniest thing just happened...guy taking order didn't listen...and 2 of the black guys are cursing and fighting verbally and as amusing as it is, noone told them to chill out or to lower their voice. They event got louder as im writing this. I haven't been here in forever and now I'm definitely never coming back.

Friday night, 725pm, ordered 1 medium and 1 sm sandwich. Took 25 MINUTES to get our order. Just 2 sandwiches. The lady before us ordered 3 sandwiches and it took her quite awhile too. Staff very unfriendly and seemed like they couldn't be bothered. Not even offering a cookie or an apology for the delay of the meal. DisappointingIt gets WORSE -- I reach out to the owner who was nothing but rude and full of excuses (did you see the door dash/carry out orders?), etc...could have cared less about my complaint. Will NEVER go there again or recommend them.

The sandwiches were good but recently took a dive. Rubbery meats , toppings not to order, drink area is sloppy and machine looks old and nasty. Not worth the time or $$$.

Went in on a Friday night with a friend, we each ordered 1 sandwich, nothing else, waiting 25 minutes for just 2 sandwiches. Reached out to the store and spoke to the owner who was more annoyed than apologetic. Making excuses (did you know how busy we were, did you see how many door dash orders there were, etc.) A lady before me ordered 3 sandwiches and it took her 7 minutes to get the order CORRECT because the employee couldn't get it right! The owner was rude and very condescending and could have cared less about my experience. I will certainly never return to that location!
