My biggest complaint is the price freaking ridiculous what they are charging for a cheese burger and fries. I had a double cheeseburger. My wife had a single we shared fries. Our friends shared a cheeseburger and fries 4 drinks, and my bill was 60 plus dollars.

The food is so fresh - even with a mobile order they made sure the fries were fresh out of the fryer.

I think we all know the deal here. Fresh cooked hamburgers about the best you can get. Really good french fries. Good milkshakes, hot dogs. But you really pay for it.

It's definitely on the expensive side for a meal. We are talking about ~$22 for a burger, fries, and a drink... I always like the Cajun fries from five guys and this location always makes it way too salty. I'm going to have to ask for seasoning on the side moving forward.

This was a pretty good Five Guys. 1st time at this location and it was a very positive experience. Order was correct and fulfilled in a very timely manner. They are heavy on the fries here! Will be back when innthe area again. A solid "A" rating.

Way to expensive. $11.33 for a Little Bacon Cheese Burger. Nothing else.

Food was good, if not pricey. However I don't think employees should be eating behind the counter, from the food line, taking French fries from the station even while wearing gloves. Surprised it's not a health code violation.

I tried to work out an issue with the restaurant directly after messing up an Uber Eats order and to my disappointment, they messed up the second order by not giving Cajun fries. After contacting them several times via telephone to try to resolve this issue with the manager for a third time, they ignored my call. I’ll be contacting corporate to request a refund since they screen calls. Very disappointing experience.

I went to the five guys at Kingfisher dr. I’ve always love their burgers and I still do. I recently went ketovore/carnivore and decided to order off their a la carte menu and get just the PATTIES ONLY because I found out that they don’t cook their hamburgers in any seed oil. when I put in the order, it was full price as if I was ordering a cheeseburger with buns and condiments with fries and a drink. I asked the lady at the counter why I’m paying $10.19 for just two regular patties with no condiments and no sides. She then explains that they took the “solo patties” off the menu a month ago. I felt like she could have still accommodated me even if they removed the a la carte menu because it doesn’t make any sense to pay that much for just two hamburger patties without any condiments and no sides. I then called the Five guys in buckeystown pike and they said they removed the menu as well…. but yet I see in different states that have Five guys have the a la carte menu and they will accommodate you. So does Mcdonalds, Burger King and Wendys. Looks like I’m not going to Five Guys anymore. ??
