Four stars for service and space. Just off the Main Street, there are plenty of tables and chairs for diners and people who want to work. (There are outlets and wifi.) The people who run it are efficient but very nice and helpful. My latte was tasty and my daughter enjoyed the bottled orange juice. The food was average. My daughter’s waffle was a little dry but she enjoyed the whipped cream. My ham quiche was large and not bad!

I like this cafe a lot and the food and tea is good but one of the servers in incredibly rude, that’s why I haven’t gone back.

I spent a week in Frederick for work and ended up visiting Ibiza cafe a few times. It's a pretty nice spot with a great selection of coffee. I leaned towards the cappuccinos, which were well-made every time, though the cold brew also stood out on the coffee front. The cafe has a cozy and well-decorated interior, making it a comfortable place to work or just relax. The food portions aren’t huge, but the quality is there, especially with items like the charcuterie.Overall, Ibiza cafe is a great find in Frederick. It offers a nice atmosphere for anyone looking to enjoy a decent cup of coffee and some quality food.

This is a great little café. The specialty coffees and food items are all delicious. The Amaretti is very tasty.

Very nice and cozy atmosphere. Cappuccino was OK but I found the espresso base to not be tremendously robust.Despite the very nice decor and passable drink, I had a very poor impression of the food, specifically in regards to the Pro-wich I ordered. It did not come on a long baguette as advertised on the menu, the prosciutto was miserly and far less than as pictured on three menu picture, and the bread was soaked in syrup and disgustingly sweet. I’m not the type to raise a stink and send stuff back to the kitchen but this is the closest I’ve gotten to it.It’s unfortunate because the menu items ordered by the party (a sanme and a bagme) looked pretty good.Overall, a nice place to sit and relax but don’t go out of your way for it and definitely don’t order the pro-wich.

I stopped in for a mocha to go while we were walking around town today. It was just right! They have a good bathroom which was appreciated.

We were excited to try this cafe for the first time on a cold, rainy Sunday. The reviews are quite high on Google so we expected a bit more of an experience. We ordered lattes for dining in. They were delivered to us quite some time later in to-go cups. I'm not sure if it was because the time was 4:30pm and they were trying to give us a hint that they were close to closing? I ordered the banana rum and my husband ordered the dark chocolate orange. No latte art pictures for us to share since they were dumped into to-go cups. ? The only flavor I could taste was the rum burn. No banana whatsoever. My husband's latte was definitely chocolate orange flavored, but nothing to write home about. For the price, I felt like the servings would be larger too. The cafe is cozy and quiet. It'd be a nice place to read or work. We might try again at a different time of day to see if the service and product are better. Dublin Roasters still remains my favorite coffee establishment in Frederick.

This is my second time here. The first time was not a great experience, but maybe it was my fault. I had a full-out argument with the manager. I used every bit of my restraint to not make it worse. But here I am again, months later, to give the cafe another try. I ordered the honey lavender latte and asked for half caff (sensitive to caffeine) and a Belgian waffle. The waffles were so delicious, soft, perfect texture and flavor. I think they use a buckwheat batter. And the latte is the perfect flavor or sweetness and creaminess. The Cafe on a Saturday morning is bustling and quaint. I like the cozy European atmosphere and style of the decor.

This is the classic hole in the wall, diamond in the rough! I was in Frederick for the day and needed a place to work on my laptop. I got herbal tea and enjoyed the quality of the loose leaf tea and the accommodating atmosphere. The owner hustles behind the counter with her staff creating good quality value priced food too. It's no wonder she gets top reviews on Yelp. Well done.
