My husband and I had lunch here today, and it was fabulous! The restaurant was spotless, and bathrooms were freshly cleaned. The food was tasty, came out quick, and met all of our expectations. Our server Adrianna was very kind and quick to take our order. There was only one little mix-up over a diet soda that's was quickly and kindly fixed by our server.I had the cinnamon roll crepes that were absolutely delicious. They were very sweet (which I was expecting). The dish itself was balanced. Just know the sweetness builds. I recommend a savory side dish to accompany it. I enjoyed some perfectly cooked bacon alongside my hashbrowns. My husband was also very pleased with his order. I absolutely recommend this restaurant.
I had a bacon cheeseburger with onion rings. Delish. Service could have been better, and the atmosphere was, "Too many waiters standing around, doing nothing."But the burger was good.

This is not IHOP this is IHO estaurant. This place is phenomenal. It's not like other IHO estaurants, this place has food made like a local diner; really good. My hash browns were made exactly as I requested, not common for other IHO estaurants... The waffles I ordered were like clouds. The service was impeccable for the time of night, and for any other IHO estaurant I've been too; including just regular restaurants. I do not know who my server was but he was sick; incredibly polite and very quick to tend. There were other people while me and my friends were there, but damn they were fast. Anyways, server was very cool, polite, fast, and just had this crazy awesome kinda scary vibe to him; loved it. Atmosphere was crazy for an IHO estaurant, felt like I died and went to IHO estaurant heaven. Not going to any other IHO estaurant after this experience. Also kitchen staff seemed like they were having a great time and it showed in the food... Delicious.

Food is IHOP- and as expected. Super busy and loud- which is totally normal for a Sunday- love seeing large families and youth sports teams meeting up and enjoying time with each other. Service is fast, coffee is hot, and staff are super efficient - definitely organized chaos from the outside looking in, but they do a great job! ?
To anyone who was wants to get good pancakes, go to the store and buy the mix and make it yourself. This place is a DISGRACE to America! These people just CANNOT COOK! The food tastes like it was squeezed out of a tube. I have been to other Ihop's and the food was much better quality. They are selling heart attacks wholesale.
