Workers were more interested in talking amongst themselves than taking our order. You could assume that the workers didn’t really want to be there at work; possibly disgruntled employees or something like that. Won’t be back there ever!!

We just dealt with the rudest customer service I think I’ve ever experienced in my lifetime. The attitude we received from trying to get sandwiches for lunch was out of this world. I hope this store makes it through this struggling economy because we are definitely never going back. We spent $20 for a large sub and we’re told that they weren’t allowed to have different toppings so this is what we got.

Came in to order a late lunch on my break, came in as the only person waiting, the lady taking my order didn’t even acknowledge me, waited for about 6 minutes while she completed an online order I assume, I placed my order and asked if I could have it with only ham, not the salami and some other meat it came with. Rolled her eyes and Ridley said “so you want the number 1” I told her sorry, and mentioned I only want my sub with the ham meat but all the other toppings are okay, she then paused and somehow got frustrated that I even mentioned my request and at that point I told her nevermind and walked right out the door, she was unprofessional, unhappy and looked absolutely miserable, terrible customer service, this should obviously be addressed by management.

This Jimmy John's next week food so I had to give them at least two stars but the management is so awful and their response to some feedback I gave them was hostile. I used them several times to order catering and I guess they just don't care about getting re-orders, because when I asked them about one problem I had with placing the order, they became really nasty instead of accepting it as feedback to help them improve their Location. I'll never go back there.
DEFINITELY NOT FREAKY FAST!!! This is a ongoing issue at this location. Our office orders here a lot but this will definitely be the last time.Over two hours we have waited for our order today. When we called for the update and asked where the food was the first time the girl that answered was less then helpful but assured us the food was on the way. 30 minutes went by and still no food so we called back and manager assured us it was minutes away, another 30 minutes passed no food stillI understand that places of business get busy but this has been the most unpleasant and unacceptable experience ever. If this company cannot fulfill online ordering and delivery then shut the online ordering down!We ordered chick fil a and it was here in 10 minutes.........see my pointUnless your within walking distance I wouldn't advise ordering deliveryManager also said he voided our order but yet no credit has been applied to any of our cards.

Subs not as fresh as they use to be delivery person today argued that they texted me and did not. I'm not even upset about it as much as I am their attitude. Bread was stale today, I still tipped over 20% though. Service industry is hard. I won't go back here though. Maybe another location.

Food is really good if you like cold subs. The gargantuan is awesome! This JJ is horrible in cleanliness and customer service. Will visit JJ again - just not this one until the front line staff changes.

I have been craving a sub for a few days. Jimmy John's has been my go to lately, so I popped in. I am telling you, I have not had a sub this good in a while. Jimmy John's always hits the spot, but this was next level amazing. Perfect combo of all toppings. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Fast and efficient service. I already want to go back for another!
