After taking a 14 month break from dining out b/c of Covid, we were looking forward to our first night out at a real restaurant. This was a great choice. Covid compliant, great service and wonderful food. Started with cocktails that were a generous pour, not the measured shot that many restaurants utilize. We then split the mussels in the white wine broth, all we can say is wonderful, plump mussels in a great broth. My wife had the duck with sweet potato puree and I had the beef short ribs. Both cooked to perfection and tasty. We didn't have dessert, as we were stuffed. Service was very professional and efficient. Tables were spaced out, everyone wore a mask when not seated at their table. A great return to indoor dining.

Great french bistro. This was our first indoor dining since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic. We were very pleased with the experience. Socially distanced set-up and everyone when not seated at a table were properly masked. Cocktails were a healthy pour, not the measured shot that many restaurants call a drink. We started with the mussels in the white wine sauce. They were plump and flavorful and when they were gone we were tempted to drink the broth. Entrees were the duck and braised short ribs, both cooked perfectly. We didn't order dessert, too full. Service was efficient and professional. Overall, this is the best restaurant we have been to in Frederick!

Alex was an amazing waitress and gave us awesome service, but management is not accommodating toward his guests. There was hair in my French Onion soup and my scallops were undercooked. When I told the manager, he said nobody had dark hair in the kitchen although the bartender did. He also said that the scallops were pan seared and fully cooked, which was not true because they were raw in texture and in sight. I have eaten at restaurants all over the country in the 40+ years of my life, and believe me, the scallops were not cooked thoroughly. It’s unfortunate because I was really enjoying the food.

Good atmosphere. Large bar. Tables are socially distance. Only negatives were first wine we chose off their small list was not available and they had no tomatoe juice for a bloody mary cocktail.

Huge portions of food, both appetizer and entrees. An extensive menu selection. Good ambiance--if the fireplace had been on it would have been a plus--, decent wine selection, and good service. They also have easy on and off street parking. Edit--The Caesar salad actually had emulsified anchovies in the dressing so it wasn't overpowering, and the escargot were phenomenal.

We just moved to Frederick and this is the first restaurant that we have tried since moving here. The service was astounding and wonderful. Our waitress was so nice. The wine was refreshing. The poutine was on point. Our soup, both the tomato bisque and the shrimp bisque, were outstanding. And our meals were phenomenal. 10/10 would recommend. I’m so glad we chose to stop and eat here.

I love this spot! They serve tasty dishes, their menu is decent, The cook in that restaurant is a real authority in the kitchen, I enjoy very much trying all their dishes. The food is always fresh, the attitude towards the guests is friendly. I frequently visit this restaurant and I not even once was disappointed. Highly recommended.

Dining in felt very safe with the distance between tables. Love the beef Bourginion and the tomato bisque soup.

Valentines Day was our first time trying Le Parc Bistro and it was fantastic. They had their full menu which was great because some places due a limited or pre selected menu on Valentine's Day. Also, while on the way out at the end of the meal the owner was handing out chocolates from a local shop. 10/10 would recommend.

My wife and I had a wonderful Valentine's Day dinner here and everything was delicious. We were seated promptly upon arrival and our table felt private and very comfortable. The lighting was perfect, not too bright, and the temperature was just warm enough for my wife to feel at ease in a sleeveless dress. Our cocktails, the midnight Manhattan and the French blonde were both very good and the escargot appetizer was one of the best we've had, despite having vacationed in France several times. Both of our entrees, the cassoulet and the duck, were extremely flavorful and the portion size was almost too large. We finished with the chocolate pot du creme which was perfect for sharing. Try this restaurant, you will not be disappointed.
