Ordered a kids spaghetti and meatballs for a child specifically because of the combination of meatballs and fries. This bottom dwelling establishment is the least well operated Ledos in Maryland and couldn’t deliver on the fundamental component of the dish which was the meatballs. When asking for a refund they gave the audacity to only refund the alleged menu price for two meatballs. When you miss the fundamental component of the dish, you completely ruin the dish and the right thing to do is to refund the whole dish. But you can trust that when given the opportunity to do the right thing, the employees of this dumpster fire of a pizza place fail to step up and do the right thing. Instead they go into your pocket, under perform and then expect you to thank them and tip them for the “pleasure” of the experience. Couldn’t recommend this particular Ledos less. We’ll go to Urbana from now on.

I’ve been going to this location for over 3 years and order pizza from them just about every Friday. This past Friday within hours of eating our pizza, my son and I both got sick. The owner Carrie just got back to me today so a week later and refused to give a refund. I hope the $30 discrepancy was worth losing a loyal customer. Judging from several reviews, it looks like “undercooked” seems to be a theme…

Second time ordering from this location. It was decent at best. Ordered 3 pizzas, One pizza was too well done and two were underdone and very floppy. I also found a quarter sized piece of plastic in one of them. Kinda disappointing since the Prospect location has fallen off too.

3/01/24, 5:40 pm we came in, got seated right away, got our menus, drinks and order in, all right away, all is good. Well that’s where it all ended. We waited and watch 2 families order and receive their meals that came in 5 - 10 minutes after us before we even got our appetizer, ok it happens. It was getting busy and it happens. Our server never came back once to refill drinks or even check up on us before or after us getting our appetizer. They finally bring our food out 1 at a time but except for of one orders. We say something to our server and he proceeds to tell us that they missed our order even though it was on the ticket. He said that he would push the order though asap……yeah 20 mins later still no order. There was a large group that came in 20 minutes after us that took all the attention of the staff but the doesn’t explain why we waited on our food for so long and why we had such a lack of service even before then. There was even a gentlemen and his 2 kids that sat down shortly after us that never even got menus until after 20 mins of sitting and then calling out to one of the servers. So after waiting a total of 1 hour and 20 minutes and not getting all of our food, I went and expressed my dissatisfaction to the manager. I pointed out to her at everyone that have been waiting patiently for service that her staff seem to have forgotten about because of this large group that came in. She did apologize, remove the meal we never gotten and probably gave us discount. Ledos staff really dropped the ball this evening.Oh and they burnt my son’s garlic bread….

The medium sausage pizza we picked up was terrible! Definitely did not take like a Ledo's pizza or any other pizza for that matter. My wife said it smelled like dish soap, I called to alert the manager of this issue but she said it's the same dough we have been using for the past hour so I am not sure what the problem would be. She did ask if I wanted to drive back over and exchange it for another but that was the last thing I wanted to do 7:30 Sunday evening. Very disappointed and confused as to what the heck went wrong with this particular order. Funny I usually don't tip a carry out order but I did this time and boy am I sorry I did. I hope the manager looks into this so future customers don't experience this disappointment. David

I have always liked Ledos Pizza, but the location off Rt 26 in Frederick, MD is the best location I have been to. The food was fresh and hot. The order accuracy was 100%. The server was pleasant. We took my niece here as a reward after her bands concert.
Had the meatball sub. Delicious! And the staff is very nice. Fast service too!

Our family loves Ledo Pizza, in general, because their pizza is consistently good. No matter which location you get it at, it's cooked to perfection, but for the sake of this review, this one in particular was great when it came to the food and the service. The waitress was cool, calm, and collective. Even when we..... lol, I spilled a drink at the table. She was very polite, acted like it was no big deal, and took care of it right away. The food was out quickly. It was hot, and all tasted tremendous. Thanks, Ledo.Vegetarian options: They do have salads.Dietary restrictions: People with dietary restrictions should be able to find something to eat due to them having a pretty diverse menu.Parking: Plenty of parking had no issues finding a space.Kid-friendliness: Yes, even for the big kids who are always spilling their drinks, lol.Wheelchair accessibility: Should be good because it is on the first floor and there is handicapped parking.
