They serve great food. It's always dead inside, I think the carry-out option is more popular.

This is my first time trying Manhattan Pizza. I was getting Crumbl and they're neighbors, so thought I would give them a try. I came home ready to eat! I opened the box, and the pizza was looking a little dry, so added some bbq sauce. I took a bit, and was seriously disappointed. The bite I took is resting peacefully in the trash. My son also tried it but refused to eat anymore. I'm bout to see if my neighbors kids want it. The two stars are for the awesome guy at the counter, and the nice, clean spot.

Employees has no sense of urgency. People in the back eating while cooking. Long hair but no hairnets or hats being worn in the kitchen. Waited entirely too long for a simple order.

2nd time here on a busy Saturday, holiday shopping... very clean establishment! Devin greeted us very warmly (as did the other employee), helped make suggestions and double checked the order before placing, and really went out of his way to make sure we had plates/parm/napkins etc w/out asking. Both Devin and other employee were non stop walking and cleaning as well between orders.Pizza is a solid 8.5 / 10! Plenty of toppings, great sauce, fresh cheese. Only complaints was need little more sauce on some slices and wish the dough was slightest bit crispier. Still solid pizza we would order weekly if lived on this side of town.Also appreciate him letting me scout out coupons they had there.Thanks guys! We ll be back. And thanks to awesome staff.

Ambiance/Environment is important... service even more so..... and then there's food flavor & quality which should always be paramount in the food/service industry. And I have to say.... Manhattan Pizza does all of the above very well and with ease... so you feel relaxed even as you enjoy a good meal.
Cashier (hearts on cheek) was adorable and friendly, and beautiful. However, the chicken parm was filled with balls of fat that were unchewable and needed to be spat out.

Ordered delivery. Was told 45 minutes. It’s been a hour and half and still no pizza. Called 30 minutes prior and the only info given was that it was on the way. Almost every time we’ve ordered delivery they are ridiculously late. Either pickup or go some where else.

I had a vegetable calzone which was very good. No prices on menu board. First time I was here a couple weeks before at about 20 min til closing time, the girls at the front counter said the kitchen employees left early, so no food for me that visit.

June 14, 2022 - I walked in and the guy in the front taking orders and the girl were making fun of me while I wasn't looking. I caught them laughing as I looked up. I think the guy made a joke about me. I wasn't sure what his problem was but that kind of behavior should not be tolerated. He should be fired. I walked out and did not make an order. No respect for customers.
