This brand new McDonald's sucks. There is no sense of customer service. The customer is ignored as if the employees are afraid of human contact. One star is one too many! McDonald's has forgotten the value of a smile and a friendly greeting. Customers should receive a warm welcome and have a human being take their orders. The dining room is undescribable and baren. McDonald's seems to be moving towards a drive thru only business model.

The workers here don't understand what I'm saying half the time and I speak very clearly. The language boarder is real. Shouldn't have people on the window that don't speak flequent English with all due respect. Then I got some kid with a attitude trying to tell me I ordered something completely different when he couldn't understand what I was saying.... this is ridiculous. Multiple times this kid has given me attitude. People make sure your staff is patient and friendly. Last time I said I wanted a coke and dude gave me a diet coke. Please put people on drive through window that understand and speak English and people who are going to be patient and kind.

I hate this McDonalds. It’s one of the new ones that that looks like it’s a place where you would get your taxes done if they just took the McDonald’s arches off the side of the building. You can’t get your own drinks, salt or ketchup because they inexplicably don’t have any of that out for the customers to get themselves. In addition, the staff all hide in the back so, you have to stand at the counter for five minutes before you can ask for anything. On the other hand, when I was noticed, I got very helpful service and the food was exactly what I wanted and tasty. Never gonna eat here again though and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Ugh

Made a mobile order for pickup and then had to wait an additional 25 minutes, when I only get 30 minutes for lunch just for a chicken sandwich and cold fries. I won't come back to this location, the managers seemed confused and were only focused on the drive thru orders and many people that came in AFTER me had already gotten their food and left! The lady that works the register is nice and does her best to ensure things are right but the people in the back need to get it together. It shouldn't take almost 30 minutes for two items to be made! Choose another location if your in a hurry or on lunch break!

We used the app to order for pickup. Please read the name on the order. Mine is simple and common but she called out a completely different name.McDonalds needs to change their recipe for biscuits because they are dry and fall apart while you're trying to eat them. I ended up wearing a lot of pieces that fell.
Forgot our food. Which was our pancakes and sausage. Then we told them and they just gave us the sausage!

This was actually one of the better mcdonalds I've been to the staff was very nice and the food was prepared quickly and everything was hot and freshly made. The fries were perfectly cooked and my burger was not a mess

I'm speaking on the last two instances I went. One time the mcdoubles were dry and old but fresh amazing fries, the recent time the fries were a bit aged but still tasty the burgers were fresh and amazing! The customer service is basically non existent due to COVID-19 and door dash and grub hub. If you want a quick meal and your close, go here
