Everyone here is literally so nice. There's no place with customer service like this anymore! (Except 5 west cafe in new market;) but really, they're all so kind and helpful! All the guys at least for sure. I think the girl is miserable there but hey maybe she's having a bad day ?

I recently had my first MOD Pizza experience, and I must say it was quite impressive! The Pizza was good, and the atmosphere of the restaurant gives off a very cool vibe the moment you walk through the door. The most impressive part of my experience was the amazing customer service I received. I told the young man behind the counter (who introduced himself as Shane) that it was my first time inside of a MOD Pizza, and he took the time to explain all of the menu options to make sure my first MOD Pizza experience went smoothly. I truly appreciate Shane's professionalism and warm attitude towards his customers. Additionally, the other crew-members were friendly as well. Keep up the good work guys! I definitely plan on returning for more Pizza.

Tried the dine- in for dinner. We generally get take out from here. Their pizzas are pretty good. The dine-in experience was good. Service was good and quick. Pizza came out hot and tasty. The staff was polite and patient in explaining things. Overall good experience. We tried the garlic bread and it was good. A fresh take on everyone’s fav.

Mr. Flores. The GM , thank you for making me feel horrible today .. yesterday after a long night and nothing to eat all day I caught MODS before closing. The pizza I customized seemed to be great but when I got home I tried a slice and it was EXTREMELY salty. Due to a family member wanting MODs after I brought it home last night I went to go pick it up today the GM was assisting me with her order and I shared with him my experience last night wondering if I could remake what I had last night because I did not eat it it was WAYYYY TOO SALTY.all the antics , sass, and sarcasm was not appreciated. Im good off MODS , at least this location. tempted to go home bring the pizza back and show them how saturated it was in pestonot how you treat a loyal customer Mr. Flores.be blessed
