My family and i have been going to Olive Garden for years. I will say today was one of the best experiences we have ever had at this location! Our waiter Juan was the best and made the experience great! My aunts and mom were so happy with the service today. He was patient, and attentive, and made sure my chicken parm was extra crispy! Thank you for everything! :)

Wow, the service today was terrific, the food delicious, and the treatment excellent. Our waitress, named Katie P., was absolutely attentive, courteous, and very friendly (despite English being my second language). Her natural smile is contagious and lifted everyone's spirits at the table. It really makes a big difference! Very grateful to her, and hopefully, the electronic tip we left will eventually reach her.

I asked if I could order food from the bar area and was told that I could. I seated myself and waited for at least 20 minutes for someone to give me a menu or a glass of water. There were people taking care of carryout orders, but they ignored me. So I left!
It fit wonderfully. Rarely have I had such delicious pasta. There was also a lot of shrimp, which is not common here in Germany.PricePerformance was great. Gladly again when we are back in Germantown MD

Nice neal.But the check our was appealing.Had a gift card. Server worked the payout machine at the table.Could not figure out how to pay the difference. Do walked away with my credit card.I had told her that I was giving her the tip in CASH.She returned and very hurriedly TOOK the cash tip and dropped the receipt.The receipt conveniently showed a 20% tip added.Not very nice.Especially since we are aged 70+ and one is a disabled veteran.KAYANA S was the server.So everyone, be aware!!!
