Visited with my family, we ordered a variety of foods, including the brisket, the pulled pork, and the chicken. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich with coleslaw. All the pulled pork was dry and came out room temperature, not hot as it should be, which concerned me. Less than 12 hours later I was violently ill. The most food poisoning sick I’ve been in years. The flavors of the food was okay, but nothing to write home about. The staff were attentive and nice. But overall, sorry I can’t recommend.

We love PIGS. It’s our go-to for grabbing takeout for family get togethers or eating outside on the patio when the weather is nice. My dad and husband both love smoking (meat) and thoroughly enjoy this place every time. I’m also a wedding photographer and PIGS often caters for my clients. Not only is the food always awesome, but they are so kind to the vendors and often offer to feed us before all of the guests so that we can get back to work/serving our clients as soon as possible. Highly highly recommend!

Had some time to kill so I stopped by for a beer and an appetizer. the Buffalo wings may be the best I've had in Frederick, crispy with a hint of smoky flavor. I've also had their pulled pork in the past and it's excellent as well.

First time ordering from this place for lunch, the quality and freshness of the meats was 1 star, meat was very tough and dry, the greens had no flavor and Mac and cheese tastes like velveeta cheese and no flavor, the only 2 sides that were good were the fries and the corn bread. Hoping the desserts were good but I’m very disappointed since I am a baker the strawberry short cake was so bad you could taste the old strawberry’s same goes for the banana pudding the bananas were super brown and not sure what type of pudding that was. I’m sorry but what I paid for was not what I received.
Delicious BBQ at reasonable price. We had the family platter, and it was more than enough for 5 of us.

Just meh. Over 20 minutes for bbq to come out. Likely due to very short staff given this was an early dinner. Food was just ok. Potato Salad was good. Jalapeño Cheddar Sausage was good. Beans were not to liking at all. Brisket was tender but dry and the bark was under seasoned. Also was light on smoke. Chicken was ok. Will likely give them another try but maybe not.

Every aspect of our planning was met with the upmost professionalism. There is no reason to look elsewhere. They are able to tailor your occasion to your personal needs. It would be difficult to find a caterer that could compete with the caliber of PIGS. Mouth watering delicious.

Delicious lunch at P.I.G.S. today. We both love BBQ but had never been here before. We had the pork shoulder sandwich and the pulled pork tacos. Both were delicious! Loved the little crate on the table with six different sauces to try. All good. Our server, Grace, was terrific. Knowledgeable about the menu and attentive. The only negative is that it is yet another restaurant with those metal "farmhouse" chairs that you see everywhere right now. So uncomfortable!! Next time we'll get carryout. Those chairs are the worst!

We found PIGS BBQ as a catering option for our wedding through the recommended vendors from our venue. We did not want a traditional sit down "catering hall" meal and after our tasting, we knew PIGS was going to knock it out of the park! So many delicious choices for your event and they worked closely with our alcohol vendor (Lakefront, right next door to them). Lisa was a pleasure to work with being responsive and accommodating to all our questions and requests. Kevin followed my husband and I around making sure we were attended to all night with drinks and food. Our friends and family are still raving about the mac & cheese!
