Called and asked them to butter the crust when it comes out the oven and they literally said that's only for larges, lol. If requested we can't get that dry a$s crust buttered? Never again, never again. Usually I get the N East street location... I'm not sure why they gave me the buckeystown pike location this time. I just can't believe it.

My Boyfriend went in to order cheese sticks the guy that was doing order did not know how to spell my boyfriend’s name my boyfriend had to spell his name but anyways he ordered cheese sticks well came found out it wasn’t the order that he ordered it was cheese pizza and it tasted nasty. Never again. Wouldn’t feed that to our dog or anyones else’s. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. We will talk to the guy that we know about this place. People go to another Papa Johns this one suck.

What happened. Papa John's pizza used to be good. Pizza from here was almost inedible.
We have been ordering from this Papa John's location for 4 years and have noticed the service worsen drastically over time. Last night, we ordered a couple of pizzas. I followed the tracker as it said the delivery driver was in my neighborhood. I waited for 15 minutes for our delivery. The tracker even read that our order had been delivered. I called the store and was given absolutely no information. I requested a refund and was told that there was no manager in the store and that I would get a call back. In the meantime, I made other arrangements for dinner. After another half hour, our pizzas miraculously appeared. I eventually received a call back from the store and when I explained that the pizzas had indeed been delivered, the person on the line said, "So, I guess you don't need a refund," and hung up. I'm definitely going to avoid this establishment from now on.

Very unprofessional. We waited over 2 hours to get 2 pizzas from this location. After calling 3 times and being told 25 more minutes over and over, we decided to cancel our order. Upon cancelling, we were met with an attitude, hostility, and a hang up. Devon especially was not helpful at

CUSTOMER BEWARE,You might not get your whole order, but also have the doordash person literally being pushed out the door so they can finish cleaning and be done so they don't have to deal with their "screw ups". Do not get deliveries from them especially if you pay cash. You'll get screwed over.
