The pizza wasn't cut right and was burnt. Toppings were wrong and the man working who claimed to be the manager seemed to be strung out on drugs. Not what we are use to with Papa Johns. I hope this isn't the norm.

Worst experience ever. Papa Johns is not the same anymore. Customer service went all the way downhill. You are better off getting frozen pizza from the supermarket.

Food is good, however they never actually get an order right. I know that it's late but it was 4 toppings on an entire pizza.. we also ordered multiple sides of ranch for 2 pizzas and wings.. only received one and you pay what.. 60¢... to only receive the one free one? Bs.

I went in for an interview roughly two months ago and was hired he told me to call back that following week when I did the other manager said he wasn’t hiring and when I explained to him that I was already hired he continued to say he couldn’t help me. So about two days later I went to the store to speak to the hiring manager that did my interview and hired me on the spot and ask him a few questions when I got there he wasn’t there so I start talking to the manager who I spoke to on the phone and I asked him if he had any openings if I could give him my name and number and he said yes so I did. I was respectful and nice never came in there with any type of attitude whatsoever when I had the right to be upset I still showed respect. I applied again last week and called today and he said oh yeah your the girl who came in and was upset I said no I wasn’t upset , he then stated you wouldn’t be a good fit I said why not? He said I don’t have to explain the reason to you.

If I could give less than 1 star, TRUST ME I WOULD! Do NOT, I repeat, do NOT spend your money at this location! If you want your moneys worth, if you want to receive everything you ordered, go to the Buckeystown Pike location. I’ve had the unacceptable experience of having something missing from my order the last FOUR times ordering from this location. As if that isn’t bad enough. I’ve been hung up on FOUR times this evening by their manager on duty. I’ve been lied too about the price of what I’ve ordered & have been told that what I PAID for, will NOT be sent back out & delivered to my home. The people they’ve placed in management positions at this location is DESPICABLE!! I’ve NEVER interacted with someone SO disrespectful who calls themselves “managers”. So if you don’t basically want your money stolen, your pizza barely cut, & your order having several items missing from it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!

I’ve spent too much money on this place over the past 2 years, so this comes from extensive experience. While I have had ups and downs with my experience here, ive pretty much had enough. There have been numerous issues with this location, whether it be my food not coming specifically as I ordered it, Doordash drivers being used instead of their own folks and therefore not being the best delivery experience, or even their own drivers having attitudes. This is on top of the generic papa johns-issues when have to play roulette and hope that your order doesnt take more than 14-24 for carryout or 30-45 minutes for delivery. Was this case all the time? No, which is why I kept ordering. However, take it from someone who’s spent too much money here because of laziness, dont expect a consistent good experience when ordering here, or just avoid it altogether. At this point, the neighboring dominos pizza is probably a better last resort.

I wish I could put zero stars! I ordered online for delivery. I was put in a holding que and did not know for 50 minutes until I called corporate. Which means my order wasn’t immediately sent to the store. I received no confirmation email nor text, yet money was taken from my account for the order! When I called the corporate office the situation was handled and for my inconvenience I was offered a coupon that anyone can access from Retail Me Not. Smh… I immediately asked to speak to higher level management and was told I would receive a call in 48 hours. No one ever called. In all, unless you are willing to gamble with your money do not use this place. They will take your money, not offer you a receipt, then give you spicy garlic sauce because they ran out of original and will not tell you. Horrible place!!!!
