Best service by everyone. Excellent food for our entire group. Highly recommend Pistarro's. I wish they were in the state we live in. Incredible food.

Ordered a vegan mozzarella with pepperonis, Parmesan, on a gluten free. It came out with barely any cheese on it at all and some very sad basil leaves. Pretty disappointed given the price.Update: We drove the pizza back and they fixed it immediately. Good service.Dietary restrictions: It's nice they have gluten free and vegan mozzarella for those of us who have to avoid dairy.

Went on a Sunday to celebrate my granddaughter’s 9th birthday. Sunday menu offers all you can eat buffet for $25. Children 12 and under pay by their age. An incredible deal. Everyone enjoyed the buffet and made several return trips. Eggs Benedict was a big hit. I wish I’d taken some photos. Everyone was happy with the restaurant and with the food, especially the buffet. I absolutely recommend a visit to Pistarro’s.

Last time we were there it was excellent. This time not so much. Service was extremely slow. The pappardelle Bolognese was not good. It was very dry and the pasta was all sliced up on the ends(like they thought it should be thinner and pulled it from the pasta cutter an inch in. Dessert took over 20 minutes to be delivered and the bundino was grainy. Here were the good points - lasagne was very tasty, the ciabatta bread was excellent and the bartender we had while waiting for our table, was excellent. We appreciated they took the dessert off without us asking. Perhaps it was a very off night for the kitchen, but the server also should have checked on us more. That was in his control. My husband would have ordered another round of drinks if he had(we had one, not two).

Great place to grab a pizza or pasta for a family meal or a date!. Food is done well and tastes really good. The service is on point, and they are very friendly. My main recommendation is to not get a pizza with tons of toppings as it can get pretty soggy, but if you get the pepperoni, for example, it will be perfect!

Onion rings were completely undercooked on my burger, still raw flour inside it!! And took the longest to come out to the table? That is so gross!

Great atmosphere and fun energy. Me and friend weren’t too hungry so we split a pizza and it was plenty. Quality pizza. My only comment is drink prices. Pricing is subjective, so I’m not going to say that it’s too expensive, but it’s more than I would’ve liked to pay for what I got in terms of quality.

We waited a good 30 mins before food was served while 2 families who came later were served prior and the food that we ordered was basic. Not impressed with the taste either. Overall food and service wad below par.

I stopped by during my first visit to Frederick with a friend who used to live in the area. The menu impressed me with how expansive it was, and we decided to get a pizza, salad, and calamari to share. The calamari came with a delicious pesto aioli which I kept tasting because it was so fresh and tasty. The Gorgonzola salad was simple but effective - a great balance of dried figs, dressing, and cheese. The Donatella pizza was good - I loved the crust! Great amount of chew but very thin and sturdy - however it felt like it was missing something to tie the flavors together, it could have used another drizzle of oil on top. We also got the cannoli dessert, and it was okay. They were really small and proportionally I don't think the oily thick shell was well-balanced against the filling which didn't have a rich enough ricotta flavor in my opinion. Also didn't like the drizzle of chocolate syrup added to it. Next time I'd skip dessert and maybe get another entree, because I would love another pizza or to try a pasta. I didn't mind the wait personally but it did catch me off guard, because the space is huge, and lots of tables were open. It felt understaffed and we didn't get a lot of attention from our waiter (which we didn't take personally at all!). Hopefully more staff can be hired so people can really enjoy the food!

Wow. The amalfi salad, shrimp appetizer, gluten free pizza were all absolutely amazing. We had the best server. He was excellent and very sweet! We sat at the pizza bar next to the oven which ended up being great! Not to hot. The old fashioned was great too. I highly recommend the gluten free pizza. Hand down the best I have ever had. Great experience!!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free pizza was amazing. They had several gluten free options for everything.

We had a delightful time celebrating my birthday with my friend on Sunday! The brunch was delicious, and the ambiance was great. It reminded me of one of Brooklyn NY's Italian restaurants. Our server Daniel was perfect! His timing and attention were spot on. I just wanted a little more variety in the food department. However, made to order omelets on a buffet or eggs Benedict, one can not beat that little bit of attention! Mimosas or Bloody Mary's were also available. There was also entertainment! Very sweet! I would go back for brunch again!Parking: The parking lot was behind the restaurant with about 20 spots, then there was parking in front and the side of the restaurant and in front of the park.
