Not sure what’s going on at this place. First they gave our order to someone else then charged us for someone else’s and when after making them realize they return the money but then charge us for the original order and made us wait for 40mins. After all of that they still gave incomplete order. ?Please fix this!

In terms of the quality of the actual chicken wings, they were the greatest that I have had in the city of Frederick. The sauce was serviceable but not as good as the actual quality of the meat on the bone. In terms of the size, tenderness and value per dollar, Pizza Bolis' wings are the best fried chicken wings you can get. The interior of the restaurant itself could use a little sprucing up, but that is my only complaint.

Was disappointed today as I ordered a meatball sub and got thin slices of meatball a total of 6 thin slices and the rest was too much sauce and cheese and roll. Never again

Food was pretty good so if you’re ordering delivery it should be fine, but the service & atmosphere at this location were odd. Workers were not friendly, the fridge was largely out of drinks and one of the soda bottles we originally picked wasn’t sealed and must’ve been opened and put back by somebody.

The staff is super friendly, and are genuinely good people . They have taken my order 20 minutes before closing time, and once, even waited for me in the parking lot, 20 minutes past closing time, bc I was late, coming to pick up my order. Can't say I know any other place that would do that for anyone, especially since there's really nothing in it for them, they are just good guys. My girlfriend always tips them the price of our bill, even when we pick up. Staff gets 5 stars.!

We ordered delivery for the first time yesterday and my picky eaters LOVED the pizza so much they've asked for it again today. One of the pizzas we ordered had meatballs on it and they were incredible. Flavorful and not drowned in spices to the point that you can't taste the meat like most places. I really liked the menu selections - there's so much more than pizza that everyone could find something they want! Whoever I spoke to on the phone today was very friendly as well, which is important to me. New favorite!!
EMPLOYEES NEED FURTHER TRAINING‼️ Pizza Boli has Halal Meat and the Front Desk guy tried to Sell me a Supreme Pizza that has Ham and Italian Sausage in it saying it’s Halal‼️ Based on the accent I think it was the Indian guy who picked up my call‼️I’ve ordered a Chicken & Shrimp Alfredo Pizza … it was very tasty and it would have tasted better if it was not burnt‼️ Wings were burnt too‼️ Please train your employees‼️

I have felt offended multiple times at this place. One time they refused to take my card because it couldn’t swipe, I basically had to l beg for them to enter the actual number in.. and had to end up reading my credit card number to the employee?? Also.. for months I have been taking my scooter to this location. I have never had an issue with bringing my (turned-off/folded up) scooter in for the past 12 months, suddenly I’m not allowed to bring my scooter in the store. No one else was in the store at the time. Ever since family ownership took over, horrible horrible horrible customer service. I have high patience.. but after today.. Never coming back.

Whoever was the cook tonight 8/31 sucked. I know the last 2 times I got from there he definitely couldn't have been the cook. The sauce tastes old and the mozzarella sticks weren't even done. I am rather surprised to read some of the reviews because my family and I love this place. I can't rate atmosphere because we order take out and delivery. The delivery guy is always so friendly not to mention delivery super quick.The food has always been perfect and sometimes I find myself dancing after take a bite. I get the veggie pizza or Stromboli. Once got cheesesteak that was greasy and bread was little burned. Called and they gave me credit for 15 dollars and next meal was perfect. I recommend them all the time. I am very picky.The wings are always perfect and I really can't complain. When I get something bad I let them know and they always make up for it. I will add I find if order near closing time that when food is not as good but every time we order can tell they use fresh ingredients. Think they are great place order pizza and better than fast food places.Vegetarian options: Stromboli and pizza
