How dare you ask us to tip staff that can never get anything right. Every order always has something wrong or is missing and this time was no different. I ordered a tavern burger and my husband checked the order and the burgers wrapper said tavern but when we got home it was a cheeseburger. To make it worse it was full of toppings I don't eat and it was burned. I'm beyond angry and am done with this Red Robin!!!!!

We were seated and nobody came to take our order. We waited 15 minutes and left. Soo we ended up going next door to BJ'S.

to start off our dinner it was normal and everything was all good until the food came. our first order of fries were all freezing cold for some reason so we just asked for another basket of saltless fries, which were again, colder than room temperature. on our third basket of fries they’re finally hot. 3/4 burgers were undercooked. we asked for 1 well done and 3 medium well. we received 3 medium/medium rare burgers. we also saw our server, the bar tender, take what looked to be a shot. I definitely recommend Red Robbin, just not this one.

We sat down about an hour ago (still here as I write this) and we witnessed a customer ripping the staff and management a new one over a misunderstanding that wasn’t the staffs fault so I wanted to come on here and tell you about the excellent service we received. The burger melted in my mouth, the fries and onion fries were delicious. The entire place was clean, staff had a smile on their face even after being wrongfully yelled at and the service was FAST! Tabby was our waitress and she was so nice, such a bada**. Thank you for an excellent experience for my first time ever at Red Robin’s!

This Red Robin Restaurantis is below part of standards. The food is frozen and half cook. The main meal tasted as if was (drop on the floor) and reserved as fresh food which it was Not. The side dishes portiond are too small. The drinks served at your table or booth are (Water Down.) You will get better tasting drinks seved vat the bar ** After giving this location a change to redeem them self. The quality of the food and the Service has drastically gone down Hill. ****Also the manger on duty was dress like a janitor instead of a professional well dress owner. This was a big disappointment and a big disgrace to the Restaurant profession. ***.This location does Not deserve any Stars .

Tiffany the bartender had an attitude and made it difficult for me and my friends to enjoy our meal. The manager was no help and also had an attitude. This was our third time here and each time they have treated us worse and worse. I like Red Robin in other locations but i will no longer support this restaurant anywhere because of the culture that corporate supports at this location. STAY AWAY!! JP and Greg were cool and the only thing that kept me happy

I went to the Frederick location and asked for a well done burger came back with hockey pucks so hard and burnt. I asked for beer cheese and i know that sauce comes hot and consistency thin they brought me back a dark orange chunky beer cheese so cold i asked for a fresh one the manager came back and told me here's a fresh one it wasn't even fresh at all they use the same sauce they gave me the first time and just microwaved it i could tell it was the same one cause i left a tiny piece of my fry in it to make sure just in case they do switch it. The server was so bad didn't come check on us for our drinks and refills. She only took our order and that's it and it wasn't even busy she just stayed walking past our table every time and looking at us saying nothing. This is my first time ever never leaving a tip i didn't even want to pay for my food with how bad it was and the experience. I took my gf and her sister out for her birthday one simple instruction i told the server no cheese on her burger i told her 3 times and they came with cheese. My girlfriends grilled chicken sandwich was so dry. This place is so poorly managed I'm sure the manager doesn't have any experience on managing a restaurant at all. Especially who they hire to cook the food definitely doesn't have no experience also. They have servers making tiktoks back in the kitchen not asking tables how they are doing or checking up on them. Just go to another restaurant then this Frederick Red Robin restaurant don't waste your time and money.

Just ordered two burgers from here got home and had literally eight tepid, sitting in the warmer french fries in each box. We should have went inside and eaten our food, at least the fries would have been hot and it would have been a basket of them! Thoroughly disappointed and disgusted. I would not give these cold french fries to my dog. Have not eaten here in a while and probably will not eat here anytime soon. Called to complain and spoke to a "manager", sorry I'll comp some of it, is what she said!! I would give zero stars if I could!!! Ugh

This was my first time visiting this Red Robin but my second time at a Red Robin in general. I wasn't impressed with my first one and this wasn't any better. The restaurant didn't look very clean at all. I could see remnants of old spilled sodas on the floor and even a spot on the wall. The places with glass hadn't been wiped down. Plus, the restaurant in general didn't look well maintained inside. I ordered a cobb salad. It looked great when it first got to the table but when I started mixing it up to eat most if the lettuce was brown and slimy and the avocado was really dark brown. I didn't even take a bite. I spoke to the waitress and asked her to remove it from my bill...had lost my appetite by this time. I can say confidently that I will never be returning to a Red Robin ever again.

Overall, we have had decent experiences here. However, the last visit was rough. They employed a very poor service system of one waiter and a bunch of runners. We ended up waiting over 35 minutes just to pay our check. Food was good, but that ruined the dinner. Waiter was doing his best, just overwhelmed.

The food came out exactly as I would expect from Red Robin: very tasty! Our waitress was awesome and super sweet.The reason I'm giving three stars is because the restaurant itself just feels kinda run down and not taken care of. For example, the carpet in the front of the middle section is really worn down.

Ever since the pandemic, this place has gone downhill, fast. Many of the restaurants in the area either never lost their understanding of customer service or rebounded since restrictions loosened. The servers are disengaged, management completely oblivious, or even worse sees it and didn't care enough to change the environment, and my favorites that kept me coming back are dull flavor. I gave two stars instead of one, only for the fact I heard the story of the gentlemen who served and filled our drinks. I hope he finds a better place and soon, as the empty seats during prime dinner hours suggests this place will shutter sooner than later.

It was pretty good...The downsides were two:The machine that makes ice cream, milkshakes, root beer floats was out of service so no floats on this trip.The pretzel bites appetizer came out 5 minutes AFTER the meals did ?.But on the upside:The waitress comped us the appetizer since it was late.The Southern Charm burger was excellent and very tasty ?.So combine the good and the bad gets a split decision > rating of 3
