Tater told were old. When I told the manager about the proceed to bring me so redroped tots that was just hot because they stuck them back in the grease instead of just making fresh tots. Couldn't get a refill. ?

In all my years of eating Sonic's food, this is the worst I have ever eaten. First of all, the French fries looked overcooked, then I tried to eat one. They were cold and rubbery, which means they had been sitting at least thirty minutes to an hour and had the nerve to serve them to a customer.Next, I had the Sonic Cheeseburger with bacon. I thought I would have to use a magnifying glass to find even one piece of bacon. Then while holding the burger, it was dripping liquid all over my hand. I felt like I was eating a sloppy Joe instead of a burger. I felt like I needed a bath after eating. It was nasty feeling to me.Last, the sweet tea. I will say it was sweet. It was TOO sweet. When I drink tea, I want to taste tea. This was sugar water will a little coloring.I will NEVER go to that fast food dive ever again. If it were the only place to eat, I would go hungry!

Wait was not long, but speaking with the attendant was difficult. I spoke loudly and clearly each time, but she was not able to take my order in a timely manner, it seemed very much to me like she was on something as she kept asking me to repeat my order multiple times. Not a big deal though, everyone has off days, but then we got the food. I ordered two combos, one cheeseburger combo and one cheesecake combo, both with tots and cokes. There was not a single item that was made well. The coke tasted very watered down, and all the food was cold. Yes, all of it. The tots, the burger, the cheesesteak, not a single one was even warm, to the point where the cheeseburger was not even edible because it was not only cold, but had soggy vegetables seeping into the bun (picture included). My cheesestake had also received some "love", as the meat and unmelted cheese was stuffed in the middle of the bun, in a way that the whole thing was covered in cheese and meat but only in the middle making it impossible to hold or eat without just sticking my hands in cheese. To top it all off, I asked for some ketchup, and they are out. A completely terrible experience overall.

I love sonic, but this one has the worst customer service. It really made me sad.I asked, for "a second number eight meal, large, with fries, barbecue & ketchup, and a poweraide". I gave her everything she'd ask me for, she never even needed to ASK me any additional questions with my order. (I always get the same thing.)She immediately told me the total, but I noticed she didn't make the second meal a large.I nicely responded, "that second meal is supposed to be a large."Her response was, "You didn't say that. Hold on. Let me fix it."I was so shocked with her attitude I immediately turned around and asked the people in the car if I said large and they did hear me say large.I never give reviews, especially bad ones.. but this really shocked me.It took us maybe 7 minutes after pushing the button to finally get service. Food came out fast, though.Hopefully she's just having a bad day and doesn't always treat customers this way.

This was my first time visiting Sonic as I'd heard a lot about it but we don't have one super close to us in our area. So my girlfriend and I decided to check it out as she'd been before but it was my first time. She loves the warm pretzel twists they have and I am also a fan now. We also got Burger meal combos with tater tots and Sonic blasts. I got a footlong coney hot dog as well. The service was good as our food didn't take long once we place the order. This is a very casual place that offers a wide variety of menu items for decent prices. If you're looking for just standard American menu items this place might be up your alley. This is in line with other fast food places so you have to set your expectations as such. All in all not a bad visit but I don't think it's worth going out of your way for. This is literally an "if you're in the area type of place stop by" but we live like 25 minutes away. Still glad I came to try it though!
