The drink I ordered tasted very watered-down and overall wasn't the best. But the service was pretty good and the place has a very chill atmosphere, even with how busy it gets. The drinks are overpriced, but that's starbucks for you.

Ordered a sandwich that was available on the mobile app and arrived to the store just to wait around for them to hand me a bag that said “sorry, not available”. I understand it happening once, but this has occurred many times, they need to update their app!! Their staff also didn’t handle it well, socializing and taking forever to make my drink when it wasn’t busy. Many other Starbucks locations in the area have much better customer service!

I just ordered a vanilla decaffeinated coffee and it was mostly water . I tried calling them but no one answered phone at 7pm even though close at 8pm
The coffee here is not good at all. It's either way too strong, or watered down. The hot coffee is ok, the iced is terrible. It's way overpriced and the staff looks down on anyone who doesn't look rich that walks in. Never going back.

This Starbucks has good staff, but this Starbucks is more expensive for the exact same drink at another Starbucks ten minutes away. It’s named Hood, as in Hood college. Students are so bogged down with tuition and housing already!! Et tu, Starbucks?

I’m not sure what’s going on with this location but this is my third time I have a terrible experience with my order to the point that I needed to write a review. My favorite drink is the Brow Sugar Oatmilk shaken espresso, they never make it right it tastes awful compared to other Starbucks locations. Even if I order a different drink they don’t make it right.Would I suggest this location to friends and family? Absolutely not!But I strongly recommend the one on Monocacy Blvd hands down to this location, great costumer service and baristas are well trained and experienced on their job.Thanks!
