I wasn't going to leave a bad review but after going today and making sure of the situation I am. Last week I came in this Starbucks and ordered my regular venti coffee. When I came to the window and paid the same amount I always do but was handed a small coffee I was confused and asked why. The barista who said her name was Kara said that she has misheard me, but instead of saying sorry she told me the only way she could fix it is if she refunded my payment and charged me again. And looked at me like "oh well" and like she was annoyed with me. Which at the end of the day would have cost me 15 dollars for one coffee (refunded payments take afew days to get back into your account) . Instead of just offering to make the coffee I ordered because as she said it was her mistake and good costumer service would call for that.. I also realized if she misheard me and rang in a smaller size wouldn't I have paid less than my normal Venti size? She then told me last week they had raised the prices on this specific coffee. ( mind you this is the viral tiktok coffee not a specific menu drink ) I ended up realizing at that time I didn't have the funds to pay that much for one coffee so I said it was fine and left. Upon going today I ordered my regular coffee again. I was charged the normal price and received the venti I usually do and asked if they had raised the prices because last week I got a much smaller coffee and paid the same amount. The worker assured me they haven't raised prices and that didn't make sense. So basically I had to pay double for a small coffee and the barista was not pleasent and wrong. Starbucks is too expensive already to be treating customers like that.

Came here on Sunday 1/21 in the evening . I waited in the drive through for a few minutes but what really got me was , when i was waiting for my order 3 Baristas were standing around chit chatting before they acknowledged me after 5 minutes. Anyways tell Lauren to please fix her attitude.

Located close to so many businesses, it's a little challenging to maneuver getting here, as there is so much traffic. It's inside of a shopping area with many entrances and roads and parking sections, so be patient. The drive thru line has always looked longer than the inside go get your order the old-fashioned way line. When going inside, the parking was easy. There were about a dozen patrons inside and at least half a dozen staff working the machines to make all the drinks. It was organized chaos and quite well-managed.After parking, walking in and ordering, we walked out with our hand crafted hot beverages with a total time of less than 5 minutes. Our orders were perfect. There was no wait in front of us. All the folks were in the drive thru lane! So, maybe just park and go inside to get a faster order. We didn't even order in advance!Plenty of seating, cozy ambiance, welcoming area/ set-up to order and to pick up your order. Easy to navigate. Clean and tidy.No complaints here. This place is great for a Starbucks!

So noisy. Five Guys across the street is quieter. I always come here as it’s the closest Starbucks which is fine for coffee to go but anytime I have coffee dates here we always end up leaving after ten minutes cause we can’t hear each other over the noise. I thought coffee shops are suppose to be quiet and serene?! Every other Starbucks in the area tends to be. :(
