The old lady with red curly hair was so rude as soon as we spoke Spanish to her she became even ruder that ugly lady with her horrible attitude towards people who come in to pay with their money to pay for their food. This lady is only nice to english speaking people good thing I’m bilingual and can speak both and also she talks bad in Spanish about some english-speaking customers, worst experience I’ve ever had.

Two stars?Let me start off by saying, I very much enjoyed my 6 inch tuna melt.My goal was to have the cheese bread toasted with the American cheese melted. I just didn't think toasting the tomatoes and lettuce was a good idea. I found myself repeating my order and trying to make eye contact. She immediately seemed perturbed, and was shaking her head in dismay. I thought, oh oh! That's when she turned to her coworker and spoke in Spanish, rolled her eyes and continued to shake her head. She dutifully scraped the tuna off of the bun and onto a paper - as well as the tomato and lettuce.Forgetting to lay the American cheese onto the bun before she toasted it, I decided I better not say anything more. The thought occurred to me that she might be having a bad day, and I was concerned for making it worse somehow.Once she completed the wrap job, I asked her what her name was - that's when I knew for sure there was a problem because she walked away. I'm going to guess it was the manager who appeared and said she did not want to give me her name.Everyone has a bad day from time to time. I hope she's OK now. As I said - I very much enjoyed my 6 inch tuna melt.

Individual Subway franchises can vary widely. This visit to this Subway was Fabulous ?. I should have snapped a picture. The dining area was sparkling clean, warm, friendly and inviting. The service counter was equally inviting. The (not sure of the appropriate title, server?,preparer?,cashier?) official Sandwich Technician was gracious and very careful to get my order just right. This might sound trivial, but in my household, the disposition of condiments borders on politics and religion in its sensitivity and importance. I was very pleased to have no complaints from the end users; little miss "dry, dry, dry" the anti-condiment crusader, to the "where's my snorkel?" condiments spelunker, while even managing to satisfy the "I just want a touch of oil and vinegar " elitist who didn't notice that I complimented the dash of oil and vinegar with a skosh of mayonnaise, resulting in a glowing assessment that they got just the right amount of oil and vinegar.I didn't know that this Subway was hiding just 3/4 of a mile from my house making it more convenient than bending down to reach the deli drawer. I will be returning often.....at least until I get around to buying a new refrigerator that has a deli drawer that I can access without having to bend over.Kid-friendliness: There were children in the dining area and they were happy.Wheelchair accessibility: This store is located in a moderately large shopping center so there is plenty of accessible parking and wheelchair access to the sidewalk. The only caveat is that the sidewalk is gently sloped which is a little inconvenient if you are alone in a manual wheelchair. It is navigable, but I would prefer having someone to push me or a self propelled chair to navigate the slope in the parking lot and the sidewalk.

The new menu is delicious, if only the workers here knew what was on it and were friendlier.

Deaf people may have it hard to find on the tray because of something that blocked us from our view whatever we want... Those on the windows are not friendly and how can we see it?Dietary restrictions: For myself I can't eat yellow cheese and hate pickles

There was an awful woman working here named Christina (she lied and said Maria but her name tag says Christina). She was rude, giving major attitude, refused to toast our food, threw our food around and got all sarcastic when i asked for more onion on our pizza by dumping two handfuls on it. She got all snarky when I called her out on it. Wow suchhh badddd customer service. Never coming to this subway again.

This store deserves 0 stars because of the service,Disrespectful team, uncivil, inconsistent and moody! The 2 ladies at the register (Friday 6/3/2022 3:00pm) they both need a lot of training, even the one who claimed to be the store manager (big lady red curly hair round face and the staff member black hair glasses both latinas in their 50-60s), though I was trying to justify her rudeness for having a bad day.Even if Subway started today charging for extra ingredients and I didn’t know, and specially that I got them free of charge yesterday at the same location!!!! If they changed their mind, at least they should either charge quietly or ask nicely! I could have left the food and did’t pay but I did’t want to put them in trouble! They don’t even deserve that gratuity or that one star!Long story short, Subway is my favorite but this location is the worst ever!

The staff were very disrespectful! The app is running a promotion for the go long sandwich at $2 and they didn’t want to honor that after I ordered through the subway app and acted like I was stealing. Just over all disrespectful subway needs to take the store away from these owners and put in people who actually care. It’s a shame subway use to be better.

The subway wasted ten minutes of out time, they made all the four subs and at the end they wouldn’t let us pay with coupons and and made more excuses and they wouldn’t let us pay so they wasted the food and with different employees they have let us pay with coupons

Rude as heck. Third time walking in always have a attitude. I greet them, they say nothing. Don't acknowledge me or anything. Horrible customer service.

I used to eat at this subway weekly for years and years since 2000. Today was 1st time in over 2 years. The Italian herb and cheese bread was dry and when I asked for extra cheese she acted like she wasn't allowed to add extra. She was hard to understand and she didn't quite understand me. The whole time she was waiting on me she was conversing in Spanish with her co-worker. I don't I will return to this particular subway. Too bad, it was my "old stomping ground". Disappointed ?
